Playland(PNE) posted it's operating schedule during the new year: 2020 Playland Dates Open Weekends: May 2 – June 7 Open Daily: June 12 through August 21 Open Weekends: September 12 & 13 But no news yet, about whether the Sale Prices on Passes will continue into 2020. ...from Playland and The PNE!

Well, it took me long enough, but here's the last of the trips souvenirs I got and brought back with me. Three Souvenir T-shirts, one from Knott's and two from Disneyland. I like what I got. So this is it...The End. Thanks to all of you who stopped to take in our adventures this past September. It's going to be a few years until I/we get back to S.California. By then, more new stuff will be up and running (Rise of The Resistance; Runaway Railway; something new at Knott's?) to enjoy. Thanks again for checking in with me and our trip, and Best Wishes To All for a new decade of theme park adventures! "I Am Groot" = Happy New Year from Me, too!

Thanks tdrexplorer! Disney Trivia: Tokyo Disneyland can now claim the honor of having TWO castles in it's park! While Beast's Castle is definitely much smaller than the central Cinderella Castle, it was decided to build this, in forced perspective that Disney Imagineering does best, as the entry facade into the new Beauty/Beast attraction. Cool looking 3D painted mountains behind the entry and hiding the show building for the new live performance theatre to open with everything else in TDL, in April.

Go Go Go Go MICRO~BREWERY! And most people who ride this Spiderman, will love the way they have to use their hand/arm as the web shooter itself, rather than the usual pistol, etc. I know I will! I haven't tried this tech at all, so I'm sure I'll be pretty hopped up for this, rather than Mania. Which I've done. And at 66+ years old, I got my eye/physical co-ordination challenge done with Smuggler's Run... twice, and it was a lot of fun, too (early Sept.). I expect Spiderman will really test my physical skills, which is great for my age group! Whatever the hell that is. I look forward to the exercise.

This, and although not actually part of the WCB weekend, there will be the new stuff in Disneyland Resort, too. Rise of The Resistance will be open, followed by the Avengers Campus opening in DCA in the summer. And Knott's. (Should be part of WCB, too.)

Since this was about all the Disney parks/resorts around the world, I thought I'd post it on this thread. This was posted to TPR Tweets, and I thought it'd be a valid question to ask everybody, even those not on social media that much....like myself. Great list you've put together, Larry! Thanks for doing this. An addition to this list? There's also the new Happy Ride w/Baymax flat ride, that's opening the same time as Beauty/Beast in Tokyo Disneyland.

I love it! The President of the United States is b****ing and blaming CBC (and "Pierre T.") for "removing" his 8 second appearance in the movie "Home Alone 2". The fact that this trimming was done in 2014, among other cuts they made, to save 8 min. for commercials, doesn't seem to matter to him, or his handlers. Happy New Year USA & Canada!

I'm going to watch "Sausage Party", while my partner is away visiting friends in "the valley." It's our usual Eve things to do. But..."Sausage Party"? Even I'm not too sure about that one, for this occasion. Anyway.... Jolly jolly.

Here's our tree, a shameless exact replica of what we had here last year. Because I took it upstairs, lights, ornaments and TINSEL and all. And kept it upstairs... until this Holiday Season. Joy to My World. Also the mantle piece. where actual C-A-R-D-S rest, above our rarely used fireplace. And our front porch,. Tiny in view, but a lotta lights for The Season. Here we are, tucked away, deep in The Forest. Just like a witch. Hee hee hee. Same trimmed tree, different presents. Cards R Us, for the season. Thanks to all who sent them.
