Hawaii Would you rather watch movies/TV shows or play video games all day on a sick day?

SFDK as soon as I finish lunch. My last park of 2015 after one of my best theme park years!

Sick throwing up. Happens to me often (See: awful hangovers) so I'm sadly used to it now and know what to do to recover. Still sucks but I wouldn't know what to do in the case of the latter. Would you rather be the driver or the passenger in a bad car accident?

I noticed the same thing too! I was wondering about it. I don't think the website would lie about the hours but why wouldn't they do a NYE event this year? EDIT: The most recent newsletter doesn't say anything about it either and I think they'd probably mention it if they were staying open until midnight and having fireworks.

Dang I wish I could have made it on Tuesday. Still time left for one more trip in 2015 though! That drop looks stunning. I was skeptical of it when I saw the animation but it looks far more awesome now that it's up! Gonna have some sweet airtime on that

I'm usually not one to marathon a coaster (esp if it's one I've been on multiple times before). At WCB I usually try to get a few rides on everything rather than just marathon one. However, back in like 2011 at Bay Area Bash/Bay Area Day at SFDK we had 2 hours ERT for Kong and Medusa, and we did a water challenge on Medusa. After riding Kong like once we basically just stayed and marathoned Medusa for the 2 hours, switching around rows but otherwise not getting off. I didn't count how many rides we got, I tend to lose count pretty easily.

Those beaked whale pictures are AWESOME! That is so freaking cool! There are so many species of whales that we know little to nothing about (with a few that we only have vague sightings of and don't really know if they're real) and I find it so fascinating. You never know what you might find and that's so cool that you got to be a part of a "first" for the expedition!

Oh gosh, probably 2008 or 2009. They're so expensive, I'd rather go to a theme park with that money! When was the last time you you were bitten by an animal?

Honestly, they need to invest in some kind of indoor ride or dark ride. At least Seaworld has Turtle Trek (if you count that), Wild Arctic, and Antarctica. There's not much to do at BGT when it's raining except see the shows, but those fill up really fast.

Besides Small World, the Turtle Trek song at Seaworld Orlando takes the cake. When you're stuck in the rain and have to hear that song loop over and over and over and over again... "Jourrrneyyyy onnnnn!!! Jouuurrrneyyy onnnnn!!! Journeeyyy Onnn!!!" We counted the word "journey" 27 times in the minute and a half loop. It wasn't so bad when you just heard a little of it when exiting the ride, but after listening for almost 2 hours just...no I couldn't find it on Youtube but it's on iTunes Under "Seaworld Attraction" and "Journey On."

I had a dream last night where I watched a video of this crazy coaster. It was like one of those crazy coaster simulator things that flip and turn all over the place, but it was actually mounted on top of a coaster car on a track. Looked awesome in the dream but would probably be an awful idea in real life, but who knows 10 years from now!

So does that mean they're gonna lose the rights in like a year (or game is a fail)/loses popularity) and change the film to "Flight Hawk: The Ride?" Or better yet, just relocate all the ride parts to another Cedar Fair park and let the building sit vacant.

Can't wait to see it in person too! It is really going up now, I'm excited to see the drop

Do you have a video of it? I love those kinds of displays! Not my house, but one I've visited the past few years. There were definitely more people there this year! Then I realized they actually won an episode of The Great Christmas Light Fight last year! It's quite amazing, and Disney fans should really appreciate it! 5 hours on SLC. I'm good at bracing and they're not that bad that it's worth losing a finger for! If your loved one has a terminal illness: would you rather kill a stranger to get a promising cure/treatment for your loved one, or you and the stranger walk away but your loved one still has the illness? (I saw this on a movie called Would You Rather)

Graduating college, people ask me what I want to do in life. Idk job-wise, but this is exactly what I would like to do recreation-wise. Looks like you guys had an amazing year and got to see some amazing places! Great report! What was your favorite park to visit this year?
