did i miss something? is "X2" pronounced "X-squared"? I think that would be good to get straight before I FORCE my Physics teacher to take us next year... I'm one of those people who never got to ride the original X... so this should be interesting. I really hope that the transformation is successful since X2 is the only 4th-dimension coaster in the U.S. currently... if it works: maybe others will spring up all over. And I LOVE the colors! Pink is my least favorite color and black and red are my two MOST favorite colors! The only problem I see is that the "black" almost looks dark-gray in the pictures. After a year or two of wear, won't it fade?

I like the car ideas. Drizzle it with chocolate syrup and slowly eat it (complete with high-pitched screaming effects from "the snowman".) Wow... all of this is going to take a lot of snow and a lot of snowmen building.

I don't know really but wasn't it closed a lot? Does anyone know the specific time X2 will open? Like I've heard "In the Spring" but that could be any time from March to June... Any estimates?

It's finals week here. I should be studying... Anyone else have finals??

I agree with what everyone has said so far but... Before you even consider going to Great America (I have a prejudice) go to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom (Between Napa and San Francisco). SFDK is a very fun park because it has both amazing animal exhibits and fun coasters. There is Shouka the killer whale, all kinds of zoo animals such as elephants and tigers, and lots of dolphins! For an extra $5 you can actually get to feed and pet some of the dolphins (the seals too i think) and sometimes they have special picture opportunities with the animals. If you do go, ride Medusa – the floorless coaster– it's fun and not too scary. I hope you have a great trip in California!

I only saw posters for it and a few ads but now I'm convinced I want to see it. If it came out on the 18th of January maybe I'll only have wait until... March before it comes to our one-movie-a-week small town theater.

I want to know... what's the scariest movie you have ever seen? And if we want to expand... what's the funniest, saddest, creepiest etc. movies ever?? I haven't seen very many movies that actually scared me... but Event Horizon was pretty good. Depends on who you ask though, but it kept us on edge.

Hi I'm new here as of a few hours ago. I don't live close to anything... except trees. My "home park" is Six Flags Marine World/Discovery Kingdom. I've only been to like... 6 parks that have coasters so my coaster count isn't as high as some people's but I'm plotting on going to a lot more.... soon hopefully... muwah ha ha.... Let's see I'm a Christian I like music. I listen to Christian rock/scream or just any emo/screamo/metal etc. I also play the bass, soccer, and DDR And I like my cat. And I don't know what else to say. Oh and I'm also on the SFDKzone forum if anyone else here is on that too.
