  1. "That's not my diagnosis" More Scarecrow dambit!
  2. Dunno how I missed this awesome thread! That's a neat idea you two had. Tomi is just a nice guy all around and a talented artist. Never met Ryan, but sure the same goes for him. Stuff like this is good to see.
  3. ^Depp as Riddler is an interesting twist. I like it. What about Sam Neil (Jurassic Park) as Freeze? His voice tamber and build would work well, not to mention he tried out for (but didn't get) Doc Ock. Bruce Willis is another possibility (strong presence and bald head). In a weird way, even Harold Ramis might work for a more scientific presence.
  4. ^Star Wars Episode 2 wasn't so hot on the Space and Rocket Center either. The first few minutes of the ships flying toward the planet were awesome, but after that, it was like watching a movie really big, through foggy glasses. Ok, complete curveball for this series: Mr. Freeze. Freeze paired with another villian *could* carry the next movie. As much as I loved Mecha-Arnold (not really), the charactor could make for an intersting redo this time. Also game for Harley Quinn. She's just cool.
  5. Big water park fan. More goodies to ride and enjoy. Yay for water slides! Last big water park I went to was Water Country USA. Loved the Lemon Drop and Peppermint Twist (the ones taken out this year). One of those used to be called Sonic Whip I think. Hoping to catch a bowlslide credit this summer. Kalahari and Great Wolf Lodge are the most appealing to me. Something cool about the whole indoor thing.
  6. Good report, and the pic of Tyler and Icee Bear is awesome.
  7. I don't think 2-Face is dead or gone. This is comic world. People come back from the dead all the time. Was a good movie and will probably see it again.
  8. Sorry I missed out on this one. Would've been fun to meet up. Glad you all had a good time.
  9. As usual, I'm late to the party on topics. Just saw the Phantasialand update. I would agree with that statement. Appreciate the sentiment, but no appologies needed. River Quest /= Rapids. The Victorialand oven pic was just wrong. Now it's time to go back a few pages and catch up on the latest Euro trip update. EDIT: Thanks for the rapids pics on the last couple rounds. Greatly appreciated! And Robb, yes, you have seen that whirl pool before...at Visionland (seriously). And Joe, don't feel bad. You're way more ahead for posting on topics a few pages back. I blame PMW.
  10. There's something wrong with this sky ride. Don't know what. Just can't put my finger on it..." You know, that last joke was just pointless. Thank you. Thank you. I'm here 'til tuesday. Try the fish.
  11. ^Understood and no worries. Looking forward to the rest.
  12. Anything can be compared. How well and the end result you're after, are the real question. Here, it's a very difficult comparison. Example: An alligator vs an apple. Some see no comparison, others see "They're both from nature, both edible." Depends on your perspective.
  13. Terry, great start. That gave me a right off the bat, and "The Clink" is a great bar name. Love the detail on the model railroad too. As for the dish, maybe it was protection vs. hex, in that the majority of your trip (assumed) was good and you came back safe, instead of more drama.
  14. That's some pretty cool rock work and yay for the Schwartz! (big grin) Thank you Shane. Good stuff all around.
  15. Maybe it would be better to compare both parks a a few years down the road. This gives HRP a chance to really grow and come into it's own. That way there's more to compare. Right now, as we see, comparison is difficult.
  16. Excellent movie and well worth seeing.
  17. ^Agreed. No apologies necessary. Taking time to share your adventure with everyone is what counts here.
  18. I just played mario kart last night for the first time on the Wii. Between that, Conduit, and Animal Crossing, I'm pretty much sold. Nice!
  19. I like it. Another cool little park I haven't seen before. You did good. Moose approved.
  20. I'd vaguely heard of this park last year, but had no idea what it looked like. It'd be fun to check out. Cool TR.
  21. Green tank top Jeans Green Bison Belt Brown Chaco Hip Thongs
  22. I call credit. It runs on gravity and coasts. Good enough for me. I can relate my friend. I can relate.
  23. Got a good chuckle out of that line, but glad Rich is ok. Funny stuff at Toverland and kinda wierd to see Christie with beer in hand. Hey, glad you all had a good time and it's been fun to watch Team Larry's adventures through cfc's perspective.
  24. ^ Whoops! Didn't mean to leave you out. Thank you for reminding me.
