Just to let you know, seeing that woman's description of costume, it wasn't a security guard. If they're wearing all black, it's probably a technician from Entertainment. As for the button, it's probably an emergency stop. Usually at Disney, red buttons mean a stop of some sort, either an e-stop or a ride stop. In the case of things like floats, belts, and anything else that just moves, it would more than likely be an e-stop only. The reason it's not painted or warned is because they really don't want to bring any attention to it at all. You were the rare chance that someone saw it.

Very cool! I can't wait to see more. In reading an article about the show today, I'm very curious to see images from the "Airballs" concept. To quote the Orlando Sentinel: It sounds like the second coming of the Flying Saucers from Disneyland and, personally, sounds like it'd be a blast!

Thanks for the positive feedback! This set should end what I took. My mansion needed me, hence the delay. Me looking oh so hot in the oh so hot "night vision glasses" for Spidey UNLESS Fire: The Attraction. Presented by Ashley Stuart: keeper of the flame Good night IOA. Thank you for a rainy, but line free, day. Night falling water is pretty...oooh INCOMING FIRE DRAGON! Hot train on train action It only took me 7 years, but I finally got my Dueling Dragons credit. Now if only all trees looked like this, then life would be, well, rather creepy actually. We stand in front of you, dried off, to mock your soaking power. Darn you and your soakingness! The last drop wasn't even all that wet, it was when the boat got flooded for the rest of the ride. We all knew I was not just dabomb, I'm Dahushabomb. Show building? What show building?

Even more pictures Eeew...I don't want to know what he was dreaming about. Mr. Fountain man was sleeping all day JP SPLOOSH! There's a boat in there somewhere. Jurassic Park, or as we called it, John Williams World. It's hard to do this to yourself. I still can't imagine why. Ashley wanted me to stand in this particular spot. At first I was curious to why. Wow, those invisibility machines finally made it to the states! Hello Mr. Drowning Fish Fountain. 15 seconds later. Mmmmm....dessert... 30 seconds later... My steak stuff. Which would you prefer? Ashley's Pad Thai That didn't last long. Starving college kids...

More pictures... It was really good. Ashley's even eating the foo foo green stuff. I think it's called lettuce or something like that. First off, tempura shrimp sushi. This is our Mythos dude. I'll call him Bob. There we go! Thinking about it. The Mythos place setting. Wait, something doesn't seem right... Not bad of a view really. ...but at least we're wet together. Yes, I know that was Dan killing sweet. ...as am I... Ashley's a little wet from the rain... Another behind the scenes look at this TR. The inside of Mythos is really nice and it's dry. We'll take it! Still no Balsamic Chicken or Mozzarella and Tomato salad though. Mythos, the legendary food. Hey! I didn't know I was in Jurassic Park!

After this, we perused around the park a little bit, taking photos and generally being shocked on how empty it was, until we got hungry and went to the legendary Mythos. This was both our first times there and I have to say, even with all the changes and both positive and negative reviews, we were both incredibly impressed. Our meal consisted of the Tempura Shrimp Sushi, an Asian Pad Thai for Ashley and the steak tip for me and it was all amazingly good. Not only that, we found the prices really good, which was a double treat seeing we're both Disney College Program, so money isn't our strongest suit. No matter what the final opinion, we would definitely recommend it and go there again. After digesting a little bit, we hit Seuss for the Seuss trolley, were we felt the most restraints of any coaster in the park, got soaked on Ripsaw Falls and sprinkled on Bilge Rat and JP, which seemed kind of odd to us, and we did Poseidon’s Fury, where we just stood in the back and made fun of everything. If only we had a gold robot and cherry red robot, we'd be good. Then we hit the last credit of the night, Dueling Dragons. We were split down the middle over which we liked better; they both had positive and negative aspects. The thing we could agree on is, again, they seemed pretty rough. Again, it could have been the weather, but they were both pretty head banging, which was shocking to us. All in all, a good day, a quiet day, and minus the headaches we had later on, everything went smoothly. Except for Hulk...Dueling Dragons...Flying Unicorn... Hurray for motion along the Seuss shoreline! It only took 6 years. INCOMING! Coasters in the mist There's a Hulk hiding in the trees. You know he's camouflaged with his greenness. Falling water is pretty...ooooooh Let the adventure begin! Hey Lou, we found your lodge! Sadly, though, we Americans spelled it wrong. The IOA Lighthouse. Lighting the way to credits and, apparently, nasty rain clouds. I, however, not so much Since we got there really early, we went to the only thing open on Citywalk, Starbucks. Ashley, being a Washingtonian, was a happy girl. EXCLUSIVE HULK SHOT! A Stuart sized portion. I guess I'm starting to get hungry. I agree Wimpy, I agree. Popeye's got problems with his hull. A behind the scenes look at this TR.

I currently attend Arcadia University in Glenside, PA, about 15-20 min outside of Philadelphia, majoring in Business Administration. I really don't know what made me choose to go there. While on my visit, it was one of those moments where it just felt right and I went with my gut. Probably not the way decisions like that should be made, but it is what it is.

Skippy still lives! Sure, he's now a "level one", but at least he's not getting fried or suspended indefinitely. In all honesty, Alien Encounter was one of those attractions the scared the bejeebers out of me so much I didn't ride it. But it's good to see people who bought the Alien/Lava monster action figure.

I'm using my current system as a guide, but I'd go AMD nVidia Pro You don't need Windows Media edition, that's esentally like a windows Tivo box. It's not going to give you the features you need.

TPR Year of a Million Dream Winners
jackskellington101 replied to rbpia's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
The dream ears, along with the dream Fastpasses and dream lanyards to name a few other items, are all apart of the Year of a Million Dreams, a 15 month promotion promoting the connection between you, the guest, and cast members. Also during this year, there are special cast members by the name of Dream Squad, known by their blue shirts, white vests, and black messenger bag, who will be out handing dreams never thought possible to lucky guests.member> There's no rhyme or reason for any of the give always, they just sort of happen. It really is the case that you have to be in the right place at the right time to get something. Not even dream squad know when, where, what they will be giving out until the actual moment. That being said, I'm in the park once a week as a guest and I've never gotten anything. Of course, if I happened on anything big, like the trips or the room in Cinderella's Castle, I'd have to turn it down because I'm cast. If you're looking for the official rules, they’re here. Congratulations on everyone who receives a dream item! -
Coney Island Announcment
jackskellington101 replied to CycloneMan's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Well, revitalization couldn't hurt. If memory serves, the area around Coney Island isn't the nicest part of NYC either, so hopefully it'll promote some improvement in the surrounding area as well. The plan sounds good, now let’s see if that 1.5 billion actually happens. -
Stuart. No, it's not Jack. Mr. Skellington just happens to be my online screen name of choice when I go about the Internet.

The character in question would be Friar Tuck from Robin Hood. But kudos to you for finding Launchpad! He's a rare one. Now, if you can only find Darkwing Duck out somewhere. I know he's around, I've seen him out before, but he rarely comes out of the shadows anymore, which is a shame. I saw the little bit of the Midway Mania construction today to when I ventured over to MGM. They really need to tape up those black curtains a little better.

What is your local park?
jackskellington101 replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I guess technically my home park is Six Flag America, unfortunately. However, my location seems to be moving around a lot right now. My home park from school is Dorney Park, when I was in London I guess was Thorpe (seeing that was the only one I was able to get to while I was over there) and as of my current location, my home park is Walt Disney World, but that goes without saying. -
I think that image caused my brain to shrivel up whilst weeping

Cedar Point Photo TR Closing Weekend
jackskellington101 replied to cprocks22's topic in Photo Trip Report Archive
If those pictures and story about your phone is not a major advertisement for the Motorola Razr, I don't know what is. "Our phone can be launched from a coaster, fall 250 feet, and work perfectly fine". -
