  1. I just thought of something. If I have a season pass for PKI, when the name changes, do I lose my pass?
  2. Part of why I voted CP is because of how it appears. You cross that bridge with nothing but trees, then as soon as they seperate, you see this montoge of giant coasters peeking out over the waves. Theirs nothing that can beat the approach and the product put together.
  3. B&M Division A #1 Dueling Dragons #2 Incredible Hulk B&M Division B #4 Raptor Intamin Division A #4 Wicked Twister Intamin Division B #8 Disaster Transport #3 Storm Runner #2 Millennium Force Woodie Division #7 Mean Streak (WHY ARENT HP WILDCAT AND CYCLOPS LISTED?) Arrow Division #4 Vortex (FTW!) #2 Magnum XL-200 Vekoma Division #4 Invertigo #6 Mind Eraser Misc. Division #4 Flight of Fear
  4. Seriously. Second shot of the ride. I get ejected to the other side of the car every time on that drop
  5. I saw everyone else have one park per thread, so I just followed suite. And yes, Dragster bunny>all. The last shot didnt show up though, so I'll just normal link it http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v467/Reon_Skyridge/Rollercoasters/Cedar%20Point/dragsterbunny.bmp PH34R MY GH3TTO PHOTOSHOPPING SKILLS! *which is why I poorly cropped that on Paint*
  6. Once more, already submitted via email... 2003 Everyone's favorite Gigacoaster. In the email, I said the previous pic was my best shot ever. I lied...this is Corky. Puts some perspective on how close you can get to the ride (and how tempted I was to climb it, as demonstrated in one of your recent vids...) 2005 Hey its a verticle loop! The rabbit that lives inbetween TTD and corky. I call him dragster bunny PHOTO FINISH'D! Cresting the hill. Taken from the Breakers lot (as was the previous shot) Because I didnt have a drop ride shot beforehand Mean Streak from the cottage we stayed at. Fun fact of this post: for those of you who dont remember, my dad once worked with Curtis D Summers for a short period of time. Unfortunately they never got together to work on a coaster (and I wasnt born yet ) My M-4ce shot for the trip. Not as good as my 2003 additions, but I'll take it. I hereby close this update with another shot of dragster bunny!
  7. Im not making a thread for each park, since I only have a few of each...Again, already sent by email, but this is the fad of posting pics... Coney Island (2005) Pepsi Python. The main attraction, and the only ride pictured, since my other ones didnt turn out Yummy helix of doom. My first onride shot. Accidently got my thumb in the shot apparently. Oh well, onride vid comes next time I visit Better onride shot. Taken in the helix. Hershey Park (2005) Wildcat, peaking through the trees. Probabbly my second fave woodie to date (after Cyclops at Mt Olympus) The wonder wheel of misfortune. Great Bear taken from the exit. Show how tall the inversions are. For some reason this scanned in weird...and big. The effect of the black/white actually looks pretty cool though
  8. I already sent these via email a few days ago, but everyone else is posting theirs this way so... Quite possibly the best coaster at the park. You get so much air going down that drop Look everyone! Its the Premier that looks like an Intamin! The manditory "RAWRG IM GONNA EAT YOU AND THIS BILLBOARD!" shot. From this angle, it almost looks like you get wet on the ride... Oooh..verticl-RUN ITS WORSE THAN A VEKOMA! ..and yet people actually get in line for it...suckers Another angle of everyone's favorite arrow. This thing was constructed on the year I was born. Coincidence? OMG WERE GONNA CRASH INTO THE BILLBOARD! Mmm. Intamin-look alike overbank Look its MaxAir! Once the location of America's(and my) first(and greatest) stand up coaster. RIP Cobra. New for 2006: DIRT! Great Wolf construction, yo. An overview at PKI's newest coaster. Its a good ride when the effects work... Have I mentioned I love this ride? I leave you with this picture of the beast. Who knew he was really a teddy bear?
  9. In your first post you said it was final as of today. Which is it? I'd like to quote outer limit/ Flight of Ph34r for the official press release... *ahem* "Purely speculation. The sale's finalization is nothing more than...an elaborate hoax. A publicity stunt for their latest attraction..." See kids, you do learn stuff from watching that thing loop for hours on end
  10. +1 vote for Cedar Point. I dont care how cliche a horizon of coasters is...Every time I go there, seing an amusment park taking up that entire peninsula...just gets me every time. So..beutiful... Universal is nice too (IoA, not the main park)
  11. Like I said, perfect timing for a park who's yearly update is a complete retheme to one of their divisions. So basically it will be Nick universe until mid-July, when they then close off the entire section to retheme it...AGAIN
  12. Good thing PKI just turned all of Hanna Barbara land into a Nick area, and are rethemeing ALL the rides THIS SEASON. So much for the fairly odd coaster and avitar. Hello spinny-W, and fairly-odd painted beasty. Oh well, they cant change my VorteX, so I dont really care
  13. Nice photos (..then again, Cyclops is my alltime fave woody,so Im a BC/MtO fan) Get any shots of the gocarts? I know that they had some tracks there, and more at the other location around the corner (I dont think that part's functional anymore)
  14. Not to turn this into a photo thread, but I have a few shots from Coney Island (Ohio), PKI, Hershey, and Cedar Point if you want them...Shall I pm them?
  15. Wow. Awesome-Dawson. I love blast, and how you hacked a mine train launcher! Im sure Bandit will look nice once you fix the supports. I mean, the mouse turned out great now that its' done..
  16. When you guys say sports+ do you mean the one here in Ohio? I was totally unaware that there was a credit there. Last time I checked, the closest they have is a mini himilaya and a VR simulator with a space coaster program. Also, whats up with that second Jeeper's construction? Are they making a second coaster? Or is PP just covered because you guys were trying to bury the evidence that you stooped down so low (so says the guy who goes to the Namco park and does the exact same thing)
  17. Coasternovice. My life goal is to ride atleast 200, so Im aiming for becoming a tool eventually... With my planned trips for this year, I should be adding 36...37 (Visiting SFGAdv,Dorney Park, GL, CP, PKI, and Beech Bend) if you count Avitar as a credit>.> Jared"Hopefully 100 by the summer's end" Becker
  18. Hmm...Bandit could use some realistic supports on it, but otherwise nice. I love the waterfall/splashdown on it. Just need to work on your structures a bit more (your mechanical mouse structure looks a bit ugly IMO)
  19. Man...for someone who works with animation so much, I REALLY need to do some filming (or get a video camera for that matter) Oh well, maybe I'll have something for next year Either way, being a reviewer is half the fun of the contest.
  20. So much for it being the first of its kind Oh well, still looks cool. I wonder where the loading platform is...
  21. ^^Map isnt loading right for me...but if it has a layout at all...Its better than just a U I guess. Does that mean theyre a hill in between the two towers? Jared"Will it count as a credit?"Becker
  22. Remember the latest update on Avitar? Its supposed to be a disk-o, AND a first of a kind coaster according to its origional announcement. Maybe this will be the first "Disk-O coaster?" I just hope theyres a layout for it...
  23. I remember it being where Top/ Bill is now (well, the entrance building was there) I was too young to remember everything about it, but I definately rode it once>.> Its a water ride, but I forgot if there were drops, so I wont say its a flume.... Jared"Top Cat/Scooby Zoom/Little bill is now know as Top Bill Dragster"Becker
  24. Okay...now Im interested. A ride I've never heard from at Disney...which apparently has the world's first backwards drop....Does anyone have any pics/pov's of it? I've never seen any media from this thing, and I want to look at it to gain some perspective...
  25. King Cobra. Easily one of my all time faves, and now its still waiting to be sold. Convienent no? Even though its a TOGO death machine, its an awesome ride that you could never get tired of. Its filled with airtime and twists
