Theme Park Review is on Facebook!
Moose replied to Wes's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
^ In the spirit of facebook: Same! Seriously, becoming a fan on facebook is a great idea. There are a ton of updates, links to some of the hottest topics, and it's an easy way to get some TPR goodness when on the go (if you have a smartphone). -

I'm sorry your friend George didn't make it off the tram tour. Fun video. -

I think your best bet is to go into the Park Index or and look at the support structure of actual B&Ms.RCDB It will give you a better idea of what their support style is like. -
That looks great. I have to admit, the first 10 or so times I saw the logo, I did not see Glinda/GAHlinda

I am addicted to coffee. Coming from Rhode Island it's really not that much of a surprise: our state drink is Coffee Milk, and our arena is the Dunkin Donuts Center.

China Dinosaur Park Discussion Thread

There is no way two people could be side by side on one dino. I think it's just like a motorbike coaster, just dinos instead of motorcycles. That riding position could be revolutionarary in that area? -
TPR's 2011 Trips Questionnaire!
Moose replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
While I would love to go to Spain again, (I love Spain) the other trips that would be new to me are way too enticing. By the way, you have Terra Mitica listed twice for the Spain info. For me, Japan would be my likely choice, with Australia my second. Key factors being, timing, vacation time, and the parks. -
I haven't watched since I abandoned the show during the third season. For me that is when it reached levels of unwatchable WTF.

I am not sure the theming is going to spread that far. I do like this idea. The changing of themes seems more organic. -

Be glad you didn't venture down the hill for the supersplash. ONE BOAT OPERATION on a hot day was redonkeylous. I love the picture from the side showing the escalator threading the loop. This was a great park with less than stellar operations. -

Erik and Misty, I have absolutely loved touring the area with you. Thanks for documenting your adventures. I agree with Dave, it's been EPIC! -

It's too bad the place wasn't more cared for, perhaps before the season starts up they will make the needed repairs. That steak dinner looks lethal. -
It is really bad practice to have a plausible number as a place holder. Doing that allows for the fact that it is just a placeholder to be overlooked. Use something that is completely nonsensical so it is obcious to you and everyone that it isn't the right number (like 99"). I hope this "placeholder" is just holding the place of a lower number. I've been burned by stuff like this before.

It's amazing what they do for a commercial, but a great looking, memorable commercial does a lot for the brand.
