I also tend not to like going backwards, but I've never gone backwards on something this big, so it could be interesting. I thought this ride still brought in the crowds, it seems odd that they are doing this gimmick.

Six Flags was not known for their slow and steady (and responsible) growth in that era. It was build it bigger, faster, and more numerous.

It could be local law, but I would think it would be covered by a park's safety policy. It seems far too specific to be law.

I went to see Les Mis on Friday. It was great, but Russel Crowe really cannot sing. Whomever cast him should be shot, or worse yet forced to listen to him sing for days straight.

Having never been to Vegas, is sand an issue? I'm wondering if it is getting sand blasted, or just baked in the brutal sun.
