Not really a dream, but when I have trouble falling asleep I've found picturing myself riding a coaster lulls me to sleep. I know it's odd, but it works for me.
Wow. I will definitely be pledging $50 for this. It will be my first kick starter, what happens if they don't meet the goal? (I hope they do, but just curious)
I don't listen to any coaster related ones but I do consistently listen to:
Wait Wait Don't tell me.
This American Life
The Instance. (World of Warcraft related)
SFNE seems to always have problems at the start of the season. I'm not sure if its lack of the student employees that are still in school or if its that they are still working out the kinks with new employees.
It seems odd that the LA times is writing about a new ride in Norway, but the article has the most information yet (that I've seen). Sounds like it could be a great ride.
It depends in the park. For something at six flags or cedarfair where their theming is mediocre at best a better ride is the way to go. But a park that does theming well like Disney, universal, or Europa, theming all the way. Would we all love Europa as much if their coasters weren't as awesomely themed?
Boulder dash! I love how most of the coaster is hidden from view and the trees really increase the sense if speed. It is by far my favorite layout of an out and back woodie.
It happened at Six Flags New England with their Batman in a box, donut just depends on how big of a power control freak the local government wants to be.
Frivolous lawsuit. Big f'ing deal. He was forced to listen to an annoying song for a while. He wasn't in danger, he wasn't harmed. I'm just glad he wasn't awarded more money than he was.
