I really like parks like Disneyparks, because the rides are not necesarily thrilling, but they are themed so well that I love them all. I also really like unique rides, do rides like Riddlers Revenge and Tatsu are pretty high on my list. Also, it does not necessarily bother me if a GIANT ride like Millenium force is not themed, but if there is a ride like a mine ride it had better be themed.

Same! All you Californians, come say hey. I got hired yesterday and am now a cast member.(cashier, ride positions were gone) I dont know where Im going yet, but Im excited. I do and always will love Disneyland. People tell me being a CM will ruin it, but I dont think so. One of the coolest part of DL is seeing the reactions of the visitors, especially on first visits, and I can be part of the experience. I have also never been to a place so immersive, so well done that there is some magic. Its just a cool place in general. I mean, where else can you see Suburban Legends(they used to play there, my first ska bad) and then ride coasters. Also, Disneyland is one of the few parks I know where rides like Pirates, Indy, Haunted Mansion, are just as impressive as any coaster Ive ridden. Let me know if you wanna meet up sometime, Brent, I'm blacked out in July, but I can go sometime. Also, that may cange since I'm working there for the summer, so I may be able to come more often. ^ From what I hear it will be scrapped soon though. Isnt the water section the main aspect that made it a crowd pleaser? Thats what I have heard.

Heres the thing. The GCI is EASILY your best coaster, everything else not so much. The GCIs theming is by far your best and it is moving in the right direction. However, the intamins theming is not there... and everything else is like your old stuff. Keep it up in terms of the GCI and you have a lot of potential!

Josh, your attention to detail is simply amazing. I love the detail on the restraint in the self portrait with the screws and everything. My personal favorite is the airtime picture, which is amazing. Just wondering though, is Accelerator the coaster used for the airtime picture? Thats what it looks like!

My friends Dad was kind of similar about WCB, and he didnt even go with us. My friend told him we were going to a roller coaster enthusiast event and he said "There are actual roller coaster enthusiasts?" Anyway, awesome pictures even though the report was not finished, but I have always enjoyed your trs in the past and this is no different.

I wanna say I've dont the one as Xcaret but I am not sure. It must have been about ten years ago, but there was an awesome underground river thing as well as a regular river, both were for snorkeling and both had a current. I have little memory cause I got lost there and was flipping out since I know very little spanish and was lost in a foreign country. That was a cool TR though, I cruise probably once every three years or so with my family, so it is good to get TRs like this for future refrence.

I am going to Seaworld this summer for the first time in like ten years(last time I went shipwreck rapids wasnt even there) so I am really looking forward to it, especially riding Journey for the first time. I am really looking forward to taking over San Diego this summer even though my family isnt whorish enough to go to legoland, so I still have some credits to hit in the future. Anyway, keep this up as it is cool to know all the stuff thats happeniong in so cal besides theme park!

I went on Splash Mountain last night with my friends at Disneyland at around 10:30pm. It was in the mid sixties and we noticed people completely soaked off the ride and made nothing of it. We went on and got COMPLETELY soaked so I jokingly asked the ride op "is this in summer mode" and she said its in the same mode every year. Grizzly does have a summer mode, but the only differnce in modes that I have noticed is that the water effects on the lift are turned on, which IMO does not mean it has a true summer/winter mode. Is there really such a thing as summer/winter mode on log/rapid rides or are they a myth?

Its shopped. They take the picture before the first drop, and they take the picture on the small drop. Either way, thats REALLY funny! Also, if that were real that would be one of Disney's famous banned pictures, such as the "flash Mountain" pictures that you always hear about.

I love the looks Tonnere De Zeus. It is the ultimate stereotpye CCI out and back/ twister. Also, I love how the end of the rie becomes a terrain coaster, it reminds me of boulderdash! Awesome TR of a park I really want to get to someday, maybe with TPR in the future.

That kind of sucks. I never realized that Raven, The Legend, and the Voyage all had the same height requirement. Thats pretty cool that your son will ride coasters though, my friends brother is autistic and he will not ride anything, not to generalize, but my friend says thats generally how it goes. Oh well, next time he'll get all those credits.

Holy hell! That would be awesome, but sooooooo never in America. I can totally imagine someone trying to accelerate or something like that. However, it would be awesome to have the ability to listen to cds while on a ride.

Matterhorn Fantasyland Side last night. We were toward the end of the line and some random woman with a handicap boarding pass was awesome and allowed me and two friends to go through the exit with her. We dont know why you let us do that, but if for some reason you read this site you're AWESOME!

^ This is why I wanna go to those HUGE European festivals that we have so little of in America. Wow, what an awesome lineup. A few bands that I dont know dont really seem to fit like Aerosmith and Stone Temple Pilots, but both bands are awesome, so thats awesome either way. Slayer,Mastadon,Killswitch... three bands I REALLY like playing together as well as a bunch of smaller metal bands that I have heard of(most of them) but dont listen to them. Wow! Mosh pits are going to be redonculace! Damn! Such an awesome lineup!
