  1. As far as capacity goes, I don't see any MCBR's...might be interesting to see how this is eventually executed.
  2. Mexico loves old Schwarzkopf coasters. Maybe it will finally move closer to home!
  3. The Beast at KI. Totally boring.
  4. Whichever Giant Dipper in California is older would be my oldest coaster
  5. That's cute. [youtu_be] [/youtu_be] Why do you even read this thread? You're like that guy that has to point out everything crappy in life and ruin everybody else's day. On another note, did anybody go to the Colossus event last night? I would have paid $36 just for the buttons they were handing out!
  6. That's a cute looking family park I like that the coaster is not a Wacky Worm or Dragon Coaster.
  7. ^I haven't been on the new version, but the first drop was never anything to write home about in the first place so I can't imagine that there was a whole lot to 'ruin.'
  8. Terrain Aquatrax behind the old monorail station near Gold Rusher.
  9. We're still talking about stairs, right??? Because it sounds like we're talking about vigorous exercise... NOT... to be confused with stairs. I'm talking about the heat Kansas probably gets during the summer. Lots of unhealthy people (read: "Americans") casually climbing the stairs only to pass-out half-way up not because they ran out of breath, but because their body over-heated (most likely due to lack of hydration). You'd be surprised how many times I've coincidentally seen something like this happen on only a few flights of stairs. And there is no safety elevator I assume. Would hate to have to carry somebody down 17 flights of stairs. I can think of another much faster way to get them down
  10. ^Ninja is also a midsize ride with a much lower height requirement than Gold Rusher. So there's that too.
  11. ^Angelinos aren't going to go to SFMM for a ride that looks like that 'thing at Knotts that kept breaking.' Just sayin'.
  12. This morning I decided to mix things up and watch 'Fox And Friends.' Instead of learning about protests, militant action, and other important news, Fox kept showing BREAKING footage of the stranded Monorail that guests were eventually FORCED to evacuate from. Everything went according to protocol and everybody was safe but they were FORCED to evacuate!!! There was that story, along with a dog surfing competition for a grand prize of a $250 Petco Gift Card and some angry man's reaction to illegals cutting through his border-area property via a hole in his own fence that he admittedly is responsible for maintaining. I just hate it when news sources use the parks names to sensationalize their own news. The sting story that you posted hardly has to do with the Disney parks themselves, it's about the employees. And furthermore, it can only be assumed that Disney did the RIGHT thing by prosecuting those who were downloading on company computers. Of course, the article didn't want to spin it as Disney being proactive, no, just the fact that they worked for Disney in the first place.
  13. I didn't 'hate' it, but I was completely underwhelmed by The Beast.
  14. Didn't see that, but it's a different article with different info. Calm down there bro!
  15. I agree, by that logic, we should't have wilderness lodges in National Parks, roads through forests, or really, ANY proximity with those evil evil TREES.
  16. Let the lawsuit games begin! http://www.nbclosangeles.com/news/local/Injured-Six-Flags-Riders-File-Lawsuit-Against-Amusement-Park--266621661.html
  17. I know SFMM has its up days and down days, but do you think that maybe being at the DLR for 2 days before visiting may have affected the visit? I just know it's hard going from one of the best themed and well run parks in the world to SFMM the very next day. I have found that when showing friends from out of town around, I like to do SFMM first, that way it 'seems' good and fun...until the visit to the DLR
  18. Want to see the GP compare the Vekoma Tilt Coaster to Expedition Everest and Gringotts? Well, clicky here! (comments section, of course).
  19. Kali's message got spread over to Expedition Everest But seriously, I hope our Ninja hill doesn't get de-forested. It's one of the nicer parts of the park.
  20. The typos, punctuation, and the fact that they posted it to the most unholy and evil of all websites, Yelp, make it VERY hard for me to take this report seriously.
