I just wanted to say I downloaded the CE 13 video for my ipod and I totally love it. I love all the different music used throughout. I also get a kick out of all the crazy stuff that happends on these trips. I'm hoping one day I can attend a trip because these CE videos truly show how fun the trips are. I'd definitely like to see another soon!

Anyone know how weekdays in May are for attendance? I'll be visiting Cedar Point for the first time at the end of May. Is there also a Qbot system or anything that Cedar Point offers?

is there any report that shows a listing of all parks even the ones with lower attendance numbers? I'd be curious on how all the Six Flags parks break down.

^^ I totally agree with Elissa and others that have posted here. That's pretty crappy treatment to get when you PAY for a service that the park offers and the employees running the rides encourage the other people to treat you like crap for using something their park offers. I guarantee you If I would have been there, I would have video taped it, and walked it down to Guest Services to show them what a "Six Flags Day" their employees showed me.

Ok...that makes sense. I wasn't thinking about SFHH and that one water park in Houston.

Wow....I rode SoB in 2008 and again in 2009 and I didn't find it anywhere as near as rough as Texas Giant. The last time I rode Texas Giant was in 2005 and THAT was absolutely unbearable. Sore back and horrible headache after every visit to SFoT and riding Texas Giant. Never happened with SoB. I'm definitely one who'd hate to see it go. As far as lawsuits is concerned......I don't think SoB had half as many lawsuits as the Rattler so I'm sure they're going to try and salvage it. Is it any possibility that Kings Island may fix the right and subrogate to the original builder to recover the costs? Just a thought. Please don't bite my head off because I like the ride..... you say tomato..I say vodka.

Wow....they sure have done quite a bit since the previous post of pictures. I wonder when more red track on the lift hill is going to start going up. I can't wait to see more progress.

This isn't a big deal. Since the coaster opened....they not only lowered the first drop, but also raised it quite a bit from the bottom as well. Ever since 1996 the fan curve after the first drop has also been altered several times. As far as them returning the ride's first drop to it's full and intended height........ The Rattler's intended height wasn't what it was supposed to be when it opened in 1992. (it wasn't supposed to be as tall as it was when it opened) It was changed mid-construction to surpass the height of Mean Streak that opened in 1991. (That's why it had an odd "S" shape bend to the left at the top of the lift) So even though we might see a revamp, it may not be to the first drop that made the coaster infamous for injuries. Aside from my rant....I would LOVE to see this coaster revamped with a better drop, gut the helix, and make it fun again. At 1:35 you can see an excellent shot of Rattler's 1992 drop. You can also see the original fan curve after the first drop. It's pretty much been somewhat flatted and smoothed out a bit. I believe the last change to the fan curve was just about 3-4 years ago. In that case, you really need to get out more. But to each his own. Yeh...I do need to get out more....I'm workin' on it. My book is about 17 years younger than yours so I need time to catch up. At least I didn't say that the Rattler at SFFT was my favorite woodie. LOL

LOL yeh.....spell check Dominion. Considering he has a picture of the Kings Dominion sign at the front of the park you'd think it would have been spelled right.
