TPR's New Forum UPGRADE!
ArizonaGuy replied to Hhappy's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
^^ That would work great for me with the exception that I'm using a note book. As far as changing it in the browser settings, it seems like all other sites are opening links in separate tabs/windows. Considering the old forum would open links in separate tabs, I figured I would ask Robb about it. -
TPR's New Forum UPGRADE!
ArizonaGuy replied to Hhappy's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Hey Robb....is there a way that links placed in the forum by users can be set to open up in a new tab or window? It seems that every time I click a link that is placed in someones post, it opens up in the same browser/tab that I'm viewing TPR in. Just a thought. Thanks! -
How did you get your screen name?
ArizonaGuy replied to waterviper's topic in Random, Random, Random
Humm... Well I'm now in Arizona *unfortunately* and I'm a guy.......therefore Arizonaguy. -
^^ Wow....looks like a great update to the park. Hopefully this is going to be enough to keep people coming to the park. I like the fact that they're trying to appeal to the families however I am hoping that SFA will be getting a new major coaster sometime soon. Once that happends, then I'll make sure I visit.

Ok...this is the stupidest thing I've ever read......well at least on THIS thread. So Six Flags is now a role model for being a good teenager? Without Six Flags in Louisville this is going to cause teenagers to revolt and go Ape$h!t? Riiight......The way it reads is that Louisville's biggest baby sitter is leaving town. Sorry for the rant....but.......I just had to. *side note* Yay!! I just hit my 100th post.......however a little disappointed that I had to waste it on something like this. At least now I'm a "Full Fledged Donkey Enthusiast"

Too funny......the perfect speed for young thrillseekers in training??? I guess kids in California "train" slower than those in Texas and New Orleans as Robb pointed out. Good way to show consistency Six Flags! Road Runner Express (Six Flags Fiesta Texas) by the numbers Height Restrictions min. 42" Ride Category Thrill (More like this) Flash Pass Yes Elevation Nearly 8 stories Length 2,400 feet Duration 2 minutes, 24 seconds Introduced Spring 1997 Manufacturer Arrow Dynamics

Club TPR's Final Membership Card Design
ArizonaGuy replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
^^ I'm not a photoshopper by any means but it was great to see all the participation and the talent here on the Forum. I think it was a great idea to get ideas from the membership and I would like to see more in the future. -
When I was a ride op at SFFT back in 1996.....I had this dad who was throwing a fit because his son couldn't ride the Rattler because he wasn't tall enough. The funny thing was I could tell the kid really didn't want to ride it anyways. In any case, security had to be called because he started threatening me and one of the other ride ops. Things get really funny when security shows up and wife ends up slapping the husband and screaming at him and causing a total scene. Where things get hilarious is when the family was escorted out of the park........only 30 minutes after the park had opened for the day.

TPR's Ever Evolving Park Index
ArizonaGuy replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Right......but that means viewers of the page have to scroll all the way back up through tons of pictures to do that. I figured that adding the link at the bottom like the one that takes you back to TPR would be easier. Just a thought. -
TPR's Ever Evolving Park Index
ArizonaGuy replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Hey Robb....I wanted to make a suggestion about the Park Index page. Could there possibly be a link at the bottom of the page that can take the user back to the Park Index rather than the link at the bottom "Click HERE to return to Theme Park Review" Or even possibly having both links, one to take you back to the park index and the other to take you back to TPR? -
Mine is just me waiting in line to ride The Boss at SFStL
