  1. ^^^ Woof I'm a guy who likes guys
  2. Kong.......SFDK And sorely......it won't be missed. LOL
  3. Nice pictures. Thanks a lot for the updates.
  4. Hummmm....as far as traditional coasters, Diamondback gets my vote. X2 trains are neat. Who doesn't love a seat that flips over.
  5. ^I couldn't agree with you more. Very well put.
  6. ^Yeh really. That really changed in a matter of 2 days.
  7. ^Awesome TR and pics. I can't wait to see your SFFT shots.
  8. ^I'd have to say Hulk is pretty overrated. After the break run is such a waste of steel.
  9. ^Very nice. Thanks for the update. I can't wait to see more pictures of the trip. I'm going to go on one of these trips soon! I hate not living in Texas anymore!
  10. My Top Ten are: (in no particular order) X2 Diamondback Tatsu Riddlers Revenge Sheikra Goliath Superman Krypton Kumba Poltergeist Montu
  11. I'll believe it when I see it. Anyone who can reopen that park and make it profitable deserves a Nobel Prize.
  12. SFFT is my home park and probably my favorite park as well. It's nice to see how the park has grown over since I worked there in the mid 90's. I'd say my favorite thing about the park is it's uniqueness with the quarry setting. I don't think there's another park out there like it. I can't really say much about the shows but I know the Rockville show has always been popular ever since the park opened. As far as the Rattler....yes...somewhat of a pointless layout. I miss the original first drop. It's also got the Incredible Shrinking Fan Curve. Like I've said before the Rattler needs "Extreme Makeover Rattler Edition" SKC is a great Floorless. I wouldn't necessarily say intense but I would say fun. Poltergeist is really cool and a fun ride especially when they got rid of those horrible OTSR retraints and went to lap bars. As far as Boomerangs go....I don't care what anyone says about them. That first drop ALWAYS scares me and gets my stomach. Goliath......well....it's a B&M.....fun and intense no matter what it's called. And yes we know.....Goliath is not the tallest coaster in the park. Get over it and ride it!
  13. I would say Sheikra made me the most nervous a few years ago when I rode it. I had to walk by it at least 5 times over 4 hours before I finally got the balls to ride it. I was nervous about X2 which I rode about a month ago. Going up that lift hill backwards just getting further away from ground. That's me on the right.
  14. I'd say Kumba as most intense and Tatsu for the intense pretzel loop
  15. ^ Picture this......Six Flags Fiesta Texas, 2008. I was standing in line for a ride on Batman:The Goliath and one kid says to another: "Yeh, this is like the Goliath at the Six Flags in California, except this one's bigger" I couldn't help but laugh my ass off.
  16. Hey Robb........Have the shirts come in yet? Did we figure out what brand of shirts they are? I want to order mine soon.
  17. Riddler's Revenge on 6.6.09 and it had the honor of being my 95th coaster credit.
  18. I only rode the coaster one time and I only noticed the fire and non of the other effects. I didn't even notice when we passed through the station. I guess it was the speed of the coaster and I was having too much fun to notice. I ended up riding in row 4 of one of the trains and the only thing that pissed me off is that it looked like someone had already pried off one of the speaker covers for the onride audio. Hopefully Six Flags keeps up with the maintenance on all of this stuff they invested so much in.
  19. I got to ride this weekend. I have to say that Terminator is one of the best wooden coasters I've ridden. Nothing but speed.
  20. Wooden would be Texas Giant and Steel would be Ninja at SFStL. Apparently Six Flags runs Ninja at SFStL with square wheels.
  21. ^Gosh! If only I could take the time off. Ughh..... Can't wait to see pics and video
  22. My first coaster with an inversion was Viper at SFAW. I was so scared when i first rode it but I got off the ride and went back to the entrance and got on again. After that.......Ultra Twister. May these coasters Rust in Pieces.
  23. 2.39 a gallon here in North Phx
  24. No Doubt and Paramore on May 23rd in Phx, AZ
  25. ^Cool deal. Thanks for responding really quick. Usually the L Gliden shirts fit me well. Ugh....this is really going bug the hell out of me. LOL I'll figure something but all I know is do want a shirt. I need to check my Diamondback "First Rider" shirt I got opening day. I think it's a Gliden and I got an XL and it seems a tad too big. When is the last day to order?????
