Not to mention, a lot of it is crap. It only has some merit, you can't believe EVERYTHING you read. Besides, google sucks anyway, itunes is practically a monopoly. I wish they would get squeezed out.

I like to see the old fashioned weighted flywheel is not dead. Wonder if it sounds anything like Schwartzkopf's. -

^ I miss that smell! You could smell it in the parking lot before even getting into the park! Geno was the guy that used to hang out of the trains and oil the tracks up. If you've seen Kennywood Memories, you've seen this done. I saw it in person when I worked there, it is really neat to watch. -
Disney may not be the place to be. (Actually, Orlando in general, there are events at all the parks!) I know GayDays starts on the 30th, the day after, and runs through the 4th. Some early circuit partys begin on Monday, so you might have to wait in line behind Big Gay Bob in a red shirt or something, if that stuff offends you, avoid it all week.

Hi Gang. Well, I got my new mini-DV, which is totally sweet. EARLY this morning during my bouts with insomnia, I created a video to: 1. waste time... 2. test the camera... 3. try video editing software... So then I posted it on my website to test... 1. server strength... 2. my ability to look idiotic... http://www.hamstercheese.com/content/view/34/2/ I'm baaaaaaack.

That would be correct, unless Morgan is supplying replacement parts. -
Usergroups help you define which users can go in which forums. For example, if you wanted DVD buyers to go to an exclusive forum, you'd set up the forum so that usergroup "DVD buyers", admins, and moderators, then create a user group called "DVD buyers". Only those people in the above groups can access that particular forum.

Actually, that helps a lot Robb! Thanks a bazillion!

I know you guys have a sticky about which cameras you use. But what would happen if your camera (miniDV) died today, and you needed to replace them. Considering your budget aspects (this isn't a fantasy question of what you'd love to have...) which camera(s) would you get? Would this be a matter of shopping/browsing in a retail store until you found something that struck your fancy, or do you guys have a "planned" replacement model, or must-have features? Just curious, I'm going shopping for one this weekend to start a new online sketch-comedy. Thanks! Dennis

Hi gang, I'm looking for BETA tester for my new site. The topic at hand will probably not be appealing for most of you, (It's as gay as a football bat, so be warned!) so this definitely isn't an advertisement, just a call for help, while the site is very young. So, if you choose to take the challenge, this is what I need: -Create an account. -Fill out your profile, use "TPR" for your City, so I know you are a tester, and will kill the account after testing is over! Also upload a picture for your avatar. -Upload some pictures to your personal profile gallery. -View "hammy's" profile, send him an instant message, and then use the "Connections" to "Add Connection". "Connections" is our "buddy list". -Make a post in the forum, more specifically, by reaching the forum from one of the front page articles. (The link says "Discuss this article on the forums") -Use the instant messenger to message either "Hammy" or "DenDen". -Try anything on the site you can gain access to. OK, ready for the address????? http://hamstercheese.com Thanks in advance for those that help. I'm more than willing to share my ideas and techniques from my site to those interested in things for their site. (I'm big on the open source movement!)

DEAR LORD! That thing is on crack! I knew this was going to be the coaster to talk about this year, but I didn't think it was going to be THAT intense! WOW! -
Every day in Fort Lauderdale is No Pants Day!

The show was pretty good, but like all SNL shows, it died half-way through.

I SWEAR, I'm gonna get down there. 5 years, and I still haven't ridden DBH!

I just downloaded the new Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2. (You can get it all over microsoft's website...) Some things to note for those interested... -Fonts are displayed differently, almost in a Linux type fashion. -Tabs are cool! But again, stolen from the Linux community. -Hard core IE users will finally get used to the features that Linux and FireFox users having been using for ages now. -Probably the only unique thing about it is the "phishing filter", which detects phishing sites. If it works, it's a good feature. Just thought I'd share that it's now available, and seems pretty stable. Second Betas usually are. Dennis "is still undecided whether to switch back".

If it's a "true" color party, they will not let you in unless you're totally dressed in the party's color. We have color parties here all the time in Miami/Fort Lauderdale, and I've been to a couple in NYC and LA. Granted, you're in SC, so they may not be so strict.

Most Disappointing Coaster!
DenDen replied to Beate's Freak's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
The original Lightningbolt at MGM Grande Adventures. (Actually, the entire park was disappointing, with all the local hype and all... -
I just think they're putting too much technology into it, and over-building them to "safety standards" that may be somewhat unnecessary. CAD is precise, and wood is not. To expect wood to be (and stay) that way is the biggest set up for a coaster's demise. You can't blame the wood itself, Kennywood replaces their wood on 10-15 year cycles, and they've been running just fine.
