I used to ride Canyon Blaster every day for lunch when I worked at Circus Circus. (ahhh, the memories...) The place is worth going to, just for its uniqueness. Been a while since I've lived there, but I understand it's gotten a little expensive.

Make sure all of quicktime's file associations are valid. In other words, if you installed or configured any media players after quicktime, it will crash. (It's a well known bug!) Go to Control Panel: Quicktime: File types... Make sure all apple-based files are associated with the player. (Or even easier, associate all media with the player, and your other media players should gain control of their respective file types after you use them.)

That's how I am. With the advent of debit visa/mastercard, I have no credit cards at all. I'm in no "bank debt" whatsoever. Unfortunately now, as I'm looking at my on-line records, it looks like the company that I ordered the laptop from CLEANED out my account. Not sure if it was a clerical error, or theft, it's being investigated as I type. (Probably clerical error, this company is reputable.) See, I have REAL REMORSE now. LOL

I hope this is the case for me, but unfortunately, it won't be here for 2 weeks. I guess once i post a random photo report on it, I'll feel much better. Dennis "thinks TPR is great therapy."

Isn't it amazing when you log into your on-line banking, you hear a sucking-sound coming out of your speakers... Dennis "two time home owner that won't buy a home ever again." Anyone got any prozac? I feel the need to buy something.

Do you ever feel nervous, anxious, or even guilty making any kind of major purchase? (Your opinion of "major" is up to you, everyone would be different.) Why I bring this up? Well just curious to see how others feel when they spend a lot of money. I was chatting with friends today while making a purchase as a self-birthday-gift. (picture below, i ordered a custom laptop.) I mentioned in the chat how nervous, and guilty I felt, but at the same time, felt like I deserved it for a hard year's work. (Serving lattes to gays and lesbians isn't as easy as you think!) One friend mentioned they get nervous because they're unsure of themselves not doing enough research and finding out they got ripped off in the end. Another felt that something bad would happen to them after they made a purchase, where they would need that money they just spent. Your thoughts... My b-day gift should be here by my actual b-day!

I recorded the news report here in Fort Lauderdale. (WMF, trying to compress it to a viable size to offer in email.) Though i saw another report on another station (i didn't record it) that showed the 1st car flipped upsidedown, resting on the track.

I never saw a blue train either. They followed the color scheme of "red, gold and green", a'la, it's a common color combo that everyone knows.... (OK, Boy George/Culture Club references need not be posted. LOL)

If you get the chance, DO IT! It's an awesome thing to have on your resume, and a great way to get connections you thought you'd never get! I do volunteer work for my church, and now and then for various organizations dealing with AIDS. The benefits are PRICELESS, and you help out a cause!

When I go to McD's, I enjoy a large 1/4lber with cheese meal w/fries and orange drink, 10 piece mcnug with SnS sauce, cherry pie, and on occassion, a milk shake. I go about once a week. But I eat more at my local diner, "Peter Pan", which has awesome steaks, as you've seen in my previous PTR.
