A lot of people around where I live like Cold Stone, but I find their stuff to be almost too rich.

Though I do check them out every month or so to see what their red pan special is. It can get kind of weird. Ever try Wasabi ice cream?

Yes!! We have one about 2 miles away. I love all the interesting different flavors they have! There is practically endless combinations of creations they can make for you. I love it!!!

We don't get Cold Stone here either although I wish we did, I'm dying to try it. For the time being I'll just have to make do with Ben & Jerry's and Thornton's.

Where are your comments Scott?!

I personally hate coldstone. I've tried it many times and each time I havent been pleased what myself or any of my friends have gotten. I prefer Haagen Dazs and Ben & Jerry's.

Have any of you ever been to Italy?!?!

American Ice Cream is quite good too, but not nearly as good as the original. Besides that, American Ice Cream is extremely rich. So it doesn't surprise me that many people are obese...

I think Cold Stone is pretty good, if overpriced--not to mention a bit too over the top in calories and fat to make it more than an occasional treat.

But all that singing . . . especially when you leave a tip:

"Scoopy, scoopy doo

"We scoop for you . . ."

Aghh!

I'm actually a shift leader at Cold Stone.

Yeah, a lot of people think it's over priced, but at the same time, a lot of people think it's the best ice cream they've ever had. If you think about it, you don't go into Carrabba's or Olive Garden and complain that Fazoli's is cheaper.

Ugh, I personally think it sucks. It's WAY too thick for my taste, and there's always a little too much crap mixed in.

The second smallest size can fill me up as easily as a normal meal!

I love Baskin Robins though!

If anyone decides to visit St.Louis anytime, you HAVE to go to Ted Drew's which is an ice cream parlor and it's supposedly a small landmark of St.Louis known for its frozen custards...yum!

I lived in Gaeta, IT for two years. In the old part of town, there were two gelateria; Il Molo and Il Pinguino (The Mole and The Penguin) and for the previous 6 years they had handed the award back and forth for "Italy's Best Gelato."

Talk about gettin' fat!

Fresh, hand made, Tiramisu and White Chocolate gelato.

(Insert Homer salivation sound here.)

I still thought the Cold Stone in Guam edged it out.

There are Ice Cream MEALS?!?!

Crazy Americans...

I'm proud to be an American,

Because butterfat runs free!

We're crammin' ice cream down our throats

From sea to shining sea!

LOL! No, I meant their ice cream is so filling, it's like eating an entire meal.
