I personally think it's a huge shout out to me. Thanking me for my brilliant powers of deduction in figuring out their 2014 attraction. So, I'm sticking with the gay anal glands.

How do you suppose "thanks to" will be in there?

Thanks to Intamin, Firechaser Express will make Dollywood the Ultimate destination in 2014!

Im thinking small launched B&M baby! I'm serious too!

I'd be interested! Honestly, I have full trust in Dollywood to build something successful and awesome, unlike a certain home park of mine *coughYOLOcoastercough*

I am ready for the next two clues to be "Mega" and "Lite".

Sigh! I can't bear to get my hopes up so high! But if that happens I'm officially moving to Tennessee!

All this talk about B&M and Intamin - don't forget there are a few other manufacturers out there that Herschend has already had great success with!

^Excellent point-I don't think this one is a B&M or an Intamin (as nice as a terrain B&M hyper would be at the park, it doesn't strike me as something they would do and especially so soon after Wild Eagle.) What I think is interesting is the name "Firechaser Express". Those old Adventure Mountain towers could be made up as "fire towers" for a mine train type coaster to weave in and out of...hmmm...

Sorry to change topics, but ......we all know there is a replica of Dolly Parton's childhood home at Dollywood. I was wondering if anyone here has ever taken the time to visit the real Tennessee Mountain Home site in Locust Ridge, a relatively short distance from Dollywood. I know it is private property now, but it was accessible for many years before Dolly bought the property and eventually restored the old home-place to a retreat/sanctuary where she could go to unwind and write songs. Just wondering if anyone has ever attempted to find it.

I was just digging around the property records, looking at something unrelated to Dollywood, but i thought i would check their property records to see what they owned. I found that they own the land that most of this resort sits on. http://www.riverstoneresort.com/. It's at 212 Dollywood Lane, which is the road to the old entrance to Dollywood before it moved off of Veterans Blvd. Could this be the ''rumored resort''? The website looks very dollywood'ish to me. Of course it could just be a coincidence. Maybe they are going to rebrand it for Dollywood and it will open in 2014? It's right off the parkway, so it's convenient to all the things on the parkway, year round.
