Bad Color Schemes and/or Just Ugly Coasters

Name and if you can, post a pic of a coaster that you think has a bad or cheesy color scheme.

 

For me, its has to be The Great Nor'Easter at Morey's Piers.

If I remember correctly, the supports used to be black!

I don't have a pic, but basically all coasters at Expoland in Japan. They are all white! absolutly no color, how boring is that!

Crazy Mouse at Tobu Zoo Park for its awful yellow, pink and blue scheme..

 

Nitro has a similar color scheme, and its painful to look at too!

Batman The Dark Knights color scheme. DOes not fit the Batamn theme at all.

One awful color scheme I believe is X. I find its just to bright and doesnt go with anything. Yellow and Pink BLEH!

I think Xcelerators colors were picked poorly, not because they dont look good, but because after the track fades, it looks terrible!

 

Goliath has a color scheme similar to the one Xeclerator had when it was new, the difference is, Magic mountain originally painted goliath a blueish color that eventually faded into a teal, unlike excelerator, which was painted teal, then faded into ugly washed out teal.

^ I'm glad Batman: Dark Knight isn't like all the other "Batman" named coaster with the execption of 3.....I'm tired of that black and grey color scheme. I had to look at it when it was the Steel Phantom's Colors here at Kennywood. I think the purple and baby blue rails look good on B: DK...

 

I don't care for:The colors on Montu @ Busch Gardens Tampa.

The Deep bright purple of the Great White @ Sea World Texas

The Great Bear @ Hershey Park...a few other but can't think of them at the moment.

But the thing is though is that Xcellerators colors go great with its theme. The old 50's style. Oh sorry AZN I didnt quite read right through youre post there yeah I have to agree they look terrible when they age.

Orochi. White and pink with a bright blue and yellow train?

 

Ugh. The other trains are just as bad a match, with oranges and reds added to the mix.

 

It's a great ride though!

Awww Jo! That ride is awesome! The colours are so lively and it's a really violent spinner aswell It hurt badly in places.

Who else is tired of seeing red Intamin track? Storm Runner, XLR8R, most of TTD, S:ROS, geez!

^^^^i was thinking the same thing. But after i got NoLimits i noticed Intamin track doesnt look good in most colors, B&M track, however, looks great in anything!

I also think the Intamin red and blue has been played out. I do like the same scheme on B&M's tho... i.e. SheiKra and Patriot.

Scream also has those funky fuschia or purple or whatever they are supports, never understood that choice, they had a perfectly good looking idea with the blue and yellow......there's gotta be something better than that.

 

Ninja's once red track is now pink, makes it more macho as it swishes through the trees, methinks.

I hate that Ninja is freaking PINK now. Would have loved to see it in its red glory

 

Scream isn't that bad... I love contrasting colours on coasters, makes you look...

Well, the yellow track is old. The yellow and gray track is even older. This is the current track.
