WestCoasterKing Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 Ghost Rider turns to the left out of the station but then does a complete U-turn to the right. So......
ytterbiumanalyst Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 Which way is an intamin inverted impulse turning? Is it turning at all? Is a twist a turn? MUST KNOW.
CarolinaJay Posted March 3, 2018 Posted March 3, 2018 Hmmm, let's see here: Kings Dominion: Volcano = Left out the station, left back into the station Dominator = He's the special one. He likes, dips down to the, veers to the left then to the right. Like a distorted s-bend or something and kicks up left to go back into the station. Twisted Timbers = Turns right out of the station Flight of Fear = ________________________________ then up. I305 = Just up. Grizzly - Goes left out of the station DUDE WHY DOES IT MATTER?!!! Lol.
DoinItForTheFame Posted March 3, 2018 Posted March 3, 2018 DUDE WHY DOES IT MATTER?!!! Lol. Because... #leftturnsmatter
prozach626 Posted March 3, 2018 Posted March 3, 2018 The RMC and Intamin 4D's don't turn right or left...CRAZY I know. Illuminati
A.J. Posted March 3, 2018 Posted March 3, 2018 To attempt a serious answer - the direction that a coaster turns the most is generally arbitrary and is often based on the plot of land that the coaster is being built on.
CarolinaJay Posted March 3, 2018 Posted March 3, 2018 To attempt a serious answer - the direction that a coaster turns the most is generally arbitrary and is often based on the plot of land that the coaster is being built on. *slow claps* Look at you.
larrygator Posted March 4, 2018 Posted March 4, 2018 Do most people write with their right hand? Do we have the right to question the right way for a coaster to turn?
B&MIntaminGCI Posted March 4, 2018 Posted March 4, 2018 Do most people write with their right hand? Do we have the right to question the right way for a coaster to turn? Maybe the roller coasters are right or left handed. We should ask them. The ones that just go straight might be ambidextrous.
DoinItForTheFame Posted March 5, 2018 Posted March 5, 2018 ...The ones that just go straight might be ambidextrous. What does that make the gay coasters??
synnfusion Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 OMG great answers. But, I'm not talking about a left turn I'm talking about a complete u-turn so you're going the complete opposite direction of the loading area. It seems they u-turn to the right. NTxG, Titan and Judge all make the right u-turn. IDK. The Raven at holiday world u-turns to the left.
djcoastermark Posted March 7, 2019 Posted March 7, 2019 Gwazi was bipolar. It turned to the right and left out of the station.
Kw6sTheatee Posted March 7, 2019 Posted March 7, 2019 Gwazi was bipolar. It turned to the right and left out of the station. It depends on which side
yawetag Posted March 8, 2019 Posted March 8, 2019 All Arrow corkscrew clones turn right. Carolina Cyclone at Carowinds turns left.
Kw6sTheatee Posted March 8, 2019 Posted March 8, 2019 All Arrow corkscrew clones turn right. Carolina Cyclone at Carowinds turns left. That’s ironically at my home park; I was mentioning all corkscrew clones rather than custom variants.
