pgathriller
A Vekmoa Boomerang like Boomerang Coast To Coaster, an Invertigo like Face/Off or a Giant Inverted Boomerang like Deja Vu. Pick your favorite and why.
robbalvey
I prefer the Invertigo's over the Deja Vu's and normal Boomerangs. I like the "face to face" seating and the Invertigo's seem more reliable and don't take as much time to load/unload as the Deja Vu's. pgathriller
^ I thought Invertigo and Deja Vu were the same type of coasters! I thought they just looked different. I check rcdb and found out there not! Invertigo is a Vekoma Invertigo and Deja Vu is a Giant Inverted Boomerang.
COOOOLkid
I prefer GIB... I just love the rush of being dropped straight down without any stopping at the top!

pgathriller
^ Don't mind! Â * But does a Vekoma Invertigo give a different ride than a Vekoma Giant Inverted Boomerang? Or is the only difference the seats?
Mr.Six
So what your really asking us is; what's our favorite pain machine? Well, in that case I'd go with Boomerangs; simply because I like that fact that they pretty much haul ass throughout the whole ride. Deja vu at SFMM always seemed to slow on the way back. _six

Red Benny
So what your really asking us is; what's our favorite pain machine? Â I actually found Invertigo at PGA to be fairly smooth. It had it's bumpy moments, but it was nowhere near the pain that I experienced with a normal boomerang or an SLC.
phazan
deja vu kind of goes over the station. i think i like deja vu the best out of all of them. i really dont like the way the trains are on deja vu because when you walk to sit in the outside seat away from the line you have to walk around other seats and try to squeez through everyone. i just think its stupid. however, i like the face to face seats but i would like them to be a little bit further apart because i dont want to be too close to the people across from me. whoever im with usaully likes to try to spit on me when i am going up the lift. thats always sucks! WalrusMan
Out of the Boomerang and Invertigo I've ridden, I prefer either. I didn't find either of them very rough. I've ridden SFMW's Boomerang and PGA's Invertigo, and both of them were smooth enough for me to enjoy them.
MF310ryb
I like the Invertigo but when I rode Deja Vu I was blown away. I loved the vertical aspect over the inclined.
phazan
^yes i will never be able to go back to invertigo and boomerang. i like deja vu because it is also so much taller and it has bigger drops.

65skylark
Not a Deja Vu fan at all. I prefer Invertigo at PGA. Much smoother and like Rob said earlier, quicker to load and unload.
Mind Eraser
Does anybody else remember when Vekoma sort of announced that they were working on the Deja Vu concept? Vekoma called them Super Invertigos back then. That sounds cooler than "Giant Inverted Boomerang".
Rollerholden
I love them all i really dont like the way the trains are on deja vu  I second both of those, besides I'm almost too tall for Deja Vu
Canobie Fan
I love GIBs... DejaVu in the front seat is an amazing ride... Â Canobie "it was closed at SFOG... But not SFGAM!!!" Fan
Blazen_AZN
I love them all  is THAT why your avatar says "vekoma... death mcahine MFG"?   anyway, I'd take the Deja Vu's anyday. there one one of my favorite coasters! i was screaming like a little girl getting tickled by michael jackson on that ride... its fun, but also plenty scary. Tmcdllr
I like the Invertigo's- pretty smooth and quiker loading. But I also like the GIB- can't beat the 90 degree drops. Â BTW, what is an SLC?
Red Benny
^Suspended Looping Coaster. It's not a boomerang but they're made by Vekoma, the same people who make boomerangs. And they're notoriously rough. A good example is Kong at SFMW.

Fan  I rode Deja Vu in Georgia and I was absolutely stunned. It was so intense and fun! I think I screamed to my friend waiting at the exit: "THAT WAS THE SH*T!!" lol  When I was at SFGAm this summer, Deja Vu was closed all day... until I was ready to leave. It opened as I was heading out, so I figured why not? I walked over and the queue was absolutely full. I swear, it had been open like three minutes and the whole effing park got in line! So I was like "Screw this! I'm outtie."
nannerdw
After going on Face/OFF at PKI, I now try to avoid all boomerangs. I loved the airtime on the first drop, but then when I blacked out four times (going in and out of the vertical loop both times), I swore never to ride another boomerang again. I have had three opportunities to ride Deja Vu' @ SFOG, but all 3 times I was too afraid of blacking out, and didn't ride. Maybe when I go in April I should just face my fear, even if it kills me. socalMAN123
Well, I kinda had to vote for regular boomerang because I havn't been on an Invertigo or Giant Inverted boomerang. ---Brent 8)
