Diamondbacker27
I saw a box of 'Maple Bacon Doughnuts' at Walmart, I about threw up. It was a doughnut, with maple icing, and bacon bits on top of that icing. Who would even think of that? Canadians. But seriously, if you know anything about food, sweet and savory have been paired forever, think Salted Caramel. All kidding aside, was I the only one that dipped my bacon in maple syrup when having breakfast? Maple and bacon are good together in just about everything, with the exception of beer... For those of age, check out Voodoo's Maple Bacon Donut beer and let me know what you think! As for donuts, I'm a sucker for a good Cruller. That or a good Sour Cream donut. Mhm, Donuts. That's true, I probably just found it gross because I hate bacon.
cfc
^Yes, I imagine that hating one of the principal ingredients of a breakfast pastry would detract from your capacity to enjoy it.
Nrthwnd
Maple = Canadian. Bacon = Everybody else in the world. Bacon: The all-purpose meat! (o;

Nrthwnd
^ Pffffft. I can do the same with two chocolate cream-filled minis, and a thin - long john - donut bar. (The writing would be the keeper, though.)

Golddisk
My favorites are custard or Bavarian cream filled donuts. After those, my next pick would be peanut donuts.
UlyssesJWilliamss
There are many companies who make donuts, but I know my choice, and I decide my choice. So I like to make some noise at home, and I make my favorite donuts at home. I found some makers here, http://bestproducts-4u.com/best-donut-makers/ Man let's check some. Cheers man. Nrthwnd
^There's a lot of donut makers, listed with Amazon.com and even eBay has some there to buy. I had the Babycakes mini-cupcake maker, but it turned into a 'fad' for me, and now I hardly use it. But donuts? Hmmm. Different awesome snack. from the Net: Galaxy Donuts.

DoinItForTheFame
I'm not a big donut fan... Like, I usually avoid them at all cost... But the other day someone brought in some "gourmet" donuts... and I couldn't pass up the lucky charms donut. It looked something like this: and HOLY F***K it was AMAZING!!!
