thrillrider Posted March 14, 2017 Author Posted March 14, 2017 I'm sure that with the snowstorm of death approaching the east coast, we are going to have some great shots soon. In the meantime, here are a few from canobie lake park.
Jason Maier Posted March 14, 2017 Posted March 14, 2017 I like the picture of the swans at Dorney . . . .
cparkes92 Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 ^ You know when they got a lot of snow when they bring out the yardstick to measure it!
djcoastermark Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 Is there nothing Knoebels doesn't do right ? They even know how to do pics of "theme parks and coasters in the snow" right!
boldikus Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 Hershey park... Dust that b*tch off and fire her up!
thrillrider Posted March 19, 2017 Author Posted March 19, 2017 I assume that the springtime in the park event was impacted by this snow at Hershey park.
coasterbill Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 They don't open until April 8th. They'll be fine. We drove through the Harrisburg / Hershey area yesterday and the snow was already almost non existent.
coasterbill Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 From Six Flags New England yesterday. They ran every coaster despite a decent sized snowfall the day before. Photo from SFNE Online.
boldikus Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 ^ That's awesome. Meanwhile at Great Adventure:
Canobie Coaster Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 I'm really interested to know what the attendance was yesterday at Six Flags New England. I know yesterday was fine, but a good chunk of Massachusetts got a half foot the day before.
coasterbill Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 Based on what I've seen it was lower than normal, but perfectly respectable. Friday was the busiest day of the weekend.

Canobie Coaster Posted December 12, 2017 Posted December 12, 2017 ^ Fantastic photos! I keep forgetting Goliath is blue whenever I see it now.
Alice Kane Posted December 14, 2017 Posted December 14, 2017 Roller coasters and snowscapes! It doesn't get better than that! (Love the Nasu Highlands, Japan Big Boom POV with Robb and Elissa. It's like an more earthy, human version of FROZEN. (I also love how the colors of so many of the posted coasters stand out against the black and white backgrounds. Eerie and beautiful. Fantasyland come to life! Alice

ajfelice Posted December 27, 2017 Posted December 27, 2017 We had some snow in Erie the past few days in case you haven't seen the news. A little over 60 inches to be exact. Without any sarcasm, the city is pretty much back up and running as of Wednesday.
Philrad71 Posted December 27, 2017 Posted December 27, 2017 I wondered if anyone would take some snow pics at Waldameer - thanks for posting! Glad to hear that the city is back up and running again. We may have to take a trip out there this weekend to check things out...and of course, stop for lunch at U Pick Six!
thrillrider Posted December 27, 2017 Author Posted December 27, 2017 Compliments of walameers Facebook page...
