IronWolfman
Glad they are using 4-car trains instead of 2-car. I was afraid for a second about capacity. Hoping this isn't full speed testing, looks like it could easily roll back on the top hat. Can't wait to see this open!
coasterfreak101
That top hat shaping looked really cool from above, but man does it look weird as anything from the ground. I'm curious as to why they didn't shape it like a normal top hat - it's like they super-sized Kanonen's and went with it.
shivtim
Accroding to Vialand's twitter, Nefeskesen won't open until next spring. "Merhaba, Nefeskesen önümüzdeki bahar açılmış olacak. Tüm detayları çok yakında öğrenebilirsin" Google translation: "Hello, Breathtaking [Nefeskesen] will be opened next spring. You can learn all the details very soon" source

I also thought about it, I think it is because the track exit the element much lower than it enters. It's also noticed that this is Intamin's first really big top hat to use the triangle track, instead of the square.
cal1br3tto
So Nefeskesen translates to Breathtaking? That's pretty neat. Nefeskesen...I think I like the sound of that. Although I'm sure I have no idea how to pronounce it correctly.

Huh, you're right! I noticed it was triangle track but didn't even think about it, but I wonder what drove that decision.

_koppen
That looks awesome! I really like the look of that castle. It's nice how they have not done a "Disney" style castle, with a big tower in the middle, like all other theme park castles.
DBru
I can't get over how good this coaster looks. I especially love the crazy-low Stengel dive and roll into the brakes to finish off the ride. Intamin continues to impress me.

gerstlaueringvar
It looks a lot slower than I expected. Probably Maverick reset my definition of "Intamin".
coasterkyle
I dont think we should go off the POV. Skyrush for example the POV looks so slow.
gerstlaueringvar
^ I mean from the off-ride video. When watching SkyRush's off-ride video, you would know that it gives one of the craziest airtime ever but Nefeskesen looks more like Powder Keg except for that fast transition on the overbanked turn. Maybe when it warms up a bit this ride could be faster. I really like how it has a little drop off the station.

coasterer
Finally it's up and running!! Pretty solid start for Turkey. Whoever posted the list of Intamin's last few years worth of rides, let's give that person a hand, shall we? Haha, well done sir.
