Recent beer purchase ... along with a most excellent, Sushi Bento Box!

I do prefer Sapporo Beer over Ahsahi. No matter. It's still a good one.

Along with a lot of excellent sushi and tempura! And some warm sake' too. Mmmm.

Every time I go to Playland(PNE) I always have a Stella Artois, with my park food. And my latest imbibing, was two days ago.

At the Ride Side Bar, they have to pour you the beer, into a plastic cup. And if it were evening hours, I could stroll around the park with it, too. But for daytime hours, I have to stay in the outdoor patio area that's fenced off. No big deal.

Enjoyed, along side an order of Mexican Beef "Totchos" (read: Tater Tots)

Today marks exactly one year since I drank my last beer. Started to do sports and love this lifestyle much more. I’ve been curious about the differences between Pilates and calisthenics, so I decided to read up on it. This article https://betterme.world/articles/pilates-vs-calisthenics/ on BetterMe really clarified the pros and cons of both. Pilates focuses more on flexibility and core strength, while calisthenics is more about strength training with body weight.
