coasterking54 Posted January 27, 2007 Posted January 27, 2007 Looks like fun !!!!!!!!! I would ride that thing no matter what!
Carnage Posted January 27, 2007 Posted January 27, 2007 One of my friends didn't make it through on the first pass and had to manually crawl through the loop. Least, that's what he said. I personally think he's full of it though some others have said they had to do the same. From what I read there was a trap door that opened in the bottom of the loop.
ArrowHater Posted January 27, 2007 Posted January 27, 2007 I wanna know what type of program they use to make it! If it were a game, it would be awsome
Golfie Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 I hope it doesn't deteriorate like Master Blaster at the Kalahari did... ouch.
LOVE SFKK Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 SFKK.....it gets bashed and bashed, and now BAM! It Looks like the best water- coaster in the world! The ride looks great, and i will definitely be making a trip down to Louisville
Swoosh Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 I think this ride will become the next "Tornado" for the SFI chain.
Riverside_Cyclone Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 IOM it really doesn't look that great, the boats don't really slide very high up on the side of the walls and it looks kind of slow, but from what I heard that water park needed help. The waterslide with the loop in it looks like alot of fun though, I would try it, but I wouldn't want to be the one who make it half way up the wall then fall on their head.
ConleyKE Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 Crap, now I have to get a Six Flags pass this year. lol Oh well, I'm excited that my pathetic homepark is getting something new. I'll try to get some construction photos because my school is across the street near the airport, although I wouldn't be able to get in obviously. Besides, I'll have my lisence soon and can stop by often!
the sound Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 Crud, now Australia can't claim to have one of a few Rocket Powered Water Rides.
Hurricane Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 We can actually, As there will still only be 4, when it gets to 5, We can claim to have one of the Originals Anyway... wasn't Super Tubes the 1st with LSM boosters anyway?
Zen Coaster Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 Yep. Can't wait to hit Deluge on the midwest trip... yet another thing to look forward to. Love the colours too.
Paul_Hollibone Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 Daniel, some might even say ours was "World History Making". Well I certainly would.
the sound Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 ^^ You've returned Harmer! Welcome back to Roller-Coaster Enthusiasm!
dj snow Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 Here's a little tip for those who ABSOLUTELY MUST ride a LIM-equipped waterslide as soon as possible: Great Wolf Lodge next to Kings Island has one operating right now! It's the first one in the USA! So, go check it out, Midwest people.
gth44331 Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 Looks Awesome! If it was closer, I'd make a trip over to ride it. Definitely think it will beat our one here in Aus, but hey, at least we had the first one in the world!
the sound Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 ^Not quite. I think the one at Six Flags New England was before us.
SpeedMonster Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 Wow, that actually looks really good! It's about time they added something other than another Tornado clone.
gth44331 Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 ^^^Bugger! Really? So that's why WhiteWaterWorld's website says 'One of only Two in the world'. Oh well, I can still pretend! And... we got an eight lane octopus racer, which is a world first in a way... So we're still good.
Gav Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 ^Not quite. I think the one at Six Flags New England was before us. But the one at SFNE is powered by conveyer belts and not the Hydromagnetic sytem. I think when WWW was talking about "first in the world" they were refering to the use of a magnetic system.
FLIPDUDE Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 im having toruble loading the video I cant wiat to ride it!!! this'll be my first master blaster! or whaatever the heck it is. dont know if i count it as a credit, though. I beleive a caoster should probably have wheels o.O whats the "and other stuff" mentioned, tho?
matteocrepaldi Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 I'm not going to count it as a credit.
Gav Posted January 30, 2007 Posted January 30, 2007 LOL well to be a credit it has to be a roller coaster, not a water slide
KEVO! Posted February 2, 2007 Posted February 2, 2007 no not that way acer joe... Whoa! I do a Google search for deluge water slide and I find ACEer Joe!!! OK I'm on coffee right now...must study...can't! aaaaaaaaaaaaaaggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!! Oh, I forgot to add, I WILL be riding this after Coaster Con XXX. Hey, if we're all going to be down in Bowling Green anyways, why not stay an extra day and visit Kentucky Kingdom?
