Allena.k.a.Alan
^Ah, I see. I thought the first drop is quite unique though.
philthephorce
I'm surprised by the amount of speed it carries throughout the ride, but I wonder how it will compare force-wise to other GCII's. Â Cool looking ride though. Too bad I'm not on the West Coast Tour.
ebl
Even if the drop isn't that steep, the fact that it dives under the lift hill structure will make it fun. Â The tunnels might be interesting if they're not 100% enclosed. They could get creative and have light hit your face in small bursts depending on how they leave openings in the sides. DisneyPro
Perhaps we'll experience a minor headchopper effect while going down the main drop. I can't wait to see the POV's coming soon.
rawrtotheargh
The ride length looks like most coasters. I remember on X2 campout Neal mentioned to someone that the ride from lift to brake was 46 seconds. And in my opinion its a good ride. Terminator looks like it has that bob and weave look to it which I love on woodies. Cannot wait to finally ride this thing. I'm curious to finally see all of the theming in the station and what not. ghost007jas
^ Most GCI's with two trains are listed at 850 people per hour. So is it 1/12 of 850 times 2 is the difference between the 12 car train and the 11 car train? --Robb  Here's what I came up with: 850pph/24 = 35.4166667 which I then multiplied by 22 which = 779.166667 riders per hour? So, I would round it to around 780 riders per hour, obviously varying on the speed of the crew.  Sound right?
robbalvey
X2 is 45 seconds from the drop off the lift to the break run. I think Terminator will be about the same. Â --Robb
rawrtotheargh
Oh. 45. haha I have the worst memory.
Calicoasters
^It will be 46 seconds when they upgrade it to X3. Â Terminator moves fast around the turn around, I can't wait for the last car yank down the first drop!
ebl
I'm going to guess that Terminator will only have the two trains, not an extra one as a spare like some other coasters do. Â Eric

downunder
Some people are going to wait hours for a 45 second ride, oh well, at least they won't have to spend a fortune on drinks like at most night clubs. Â Which of GCI's previous creations would TS most be like or is it fairly unique?

cooksta77
^I thought you were joking. I didn't feel anything and I'm only 50 minutes from L.A. Â EDIT: Checked it out and it was a 5.0 so that's why I didn't feel it.
atem122
yeah they're saying a 4.7, it's a good thing that it didnt hit valencia though, the last thing sfmm would want is an earthquake the week before they open a new ride, an earthquake during testing too! CloneCaptain38
I'll be at Six Flags tomorrow, just printed my Season pass voucher. I'll be taking pictures of Terminator, and hopefully it will be testing, before the evening, I want to see this coaster in person, and I am sure it's a beautiful sight.
