eh, nothing too impressive. It doesn't seem any faster than Firefox I'm running now, and the one thing I liked was the "most visited" but Firefox also has that on the favorites toolbar soo nothing revolutionary to me.

one thing I found out and might use it, is that say in FF or IE, a page you are on freezes, you loose everything. In Chrome, you only close that one tab that is froozen.

Firefox saves your browser state when it crashes.

So if Firefox closes without being specifically shutdown, on re-starting it prompts you to check if you want to restore your previous session. Saying yes to that reloads all your tabs to where they were before the crash.

I need to give this a whirl, but I'm still running 2000. Firefox is a piece of trash. It's slow, has memory leaks all over the place, and the multimedia support is very questionable.

So I'm using it now. It feels much faster than firefox.

My only problem so far is that when I use my little scrolly thingy ma-jig on the right section of my touch pad on my laptop, it only scrolls down. And it does it extremely fast, any way to fix/change this, because I use it a lot.

Oh great, I just dowloaded Opera again...

Google chrome gets a big meh from me right now, I don't notice much of a difference, definitely not enough to get me to switch from Opera right now (neither did any version of Firefox for that matter).

I'm not really bothered to download this. Mozilla is already satisfying enough as it is and a lot more stable.

If anything, this feels like a Firefox clone with a Google twist, that's about it.

Dealbreaker: No AdBlock Pro

If any of you have not tried firefox with the adblock add-on, you are missing out. It is the best out there by far.

I gave Chrome a test drive today, and as soon as I saw that "smiley face" banner at the top of a page, it was a no brainer.

Yeah its not the best but its interesting. Im still going to use FF. Then when 3.1 of FF comes out its supposed to be another HUGE performance increase.

If you just ever use Google they track what you search and then send it to the Gov't.

Yeah, Adblock is the single greatest add-on you can possibly get for Firefox.

I've heard that any content you post with Google Chrome essentially becomes property of Google...

(Posting from Chrome)

Fast, light, with a semi-crazy EULA. XP/Vista only. Seems about as fast as Firefox 3.1/Safari betas.

Once the Mac version comes out, I'll use it on my slow computer.
