DJeXeL Posted January 13, 2014 Share Posted January 13, 2014 (edited) S&S has 3 "Off the shelf" models of El Locos. 1 uses 4 cars and they other 2 use 7/8 cars. Keep in mind however that S&S will custom design an El Loco if a client requests it. So I'f a park wants a 13 car El Loco, then that's exactly what S&S will design. So perhaps the January 22nd deadline is a hint as to when the ride will be opening? The wording in the contest is standard for any contest.
