Just saw this on Universal's home page. I could definitely see this becoming a house.Maybe not this year,But certainly a year soon to come.

The movie looks cool, but i cant see this becoming one of the haunted houses at all.

^^ Remember that would be the prices if you go on a peak night. Non-peak nights are quite a bit cheaper.

Speculation: Look at the page where you choose Hollywood or Orlando.

The letters look like the hollywood sign. So maybe we might see a movie

themed event. Personally I woundn't but that's what it looked like to me.

Halloween Horror Nights 2008 - (5/13/08) It’s hard enough sometimes to track down rumors about Horror Nights as it is, but now someone has posted information to a few HHN sites giving hints about the locations and themes for this year’s haunts, giving off only abbreviations for what looks to be 8 mazes and four scare zones.

They also seem to have year sixteen as the production dieries. Now if i can remember wasn't that the Directors main year.

It wasn't his main year, that was hhn 13. Although he still was apart of the sweet 16 theme.

I remember body collectors in year 15! That was the best HHN year ever! They used IOA and the Sound Stages, and part of Universal for some random junk! It was so amazing, I hope they bring back the old lady.

 

Question why dont they ever use IOA anymore, I know that the new ride is coming but year 15 didnt even go close to wear there building it!

 

EDIT: I think its the storyteller because of bloody mary and scary tales, I remember the storytellers first name is Mary or something like that.

I believe the reason is because of the crowding and the streets at the Studios are much wider and can accommodate more than the narrower ones at IOA. If you have ever been on a peak night, it is almost impossible to get around the streets past 10 when the event is held at the Studios.

It's a new storage building next to the Curious George playground. It's almost as large as a soundstage. Speaking of which, the queues for this year's soundstage houses will be inside one of them (likely SS 23) due to Rockit construction.

Presumably all of them, so there won't be enough room left over for a house. They'll have to route part of the queues through the production corridor since those stages aren't connected.

I love how US gave him the layouts but he won't post them. Sort of frustrating for those who want to see them.

 

Still, should be an interesting year.

Looking at these, along with my own speculation, I'm saying Scary Tales is the same as it ever was and Dead Exposure is, by my guess, an EVP and supernatural images themed house. If you look behind the title, there is what seems to be a photograph or some sort of white bordered object. That concept might be interesting. I like when they try something new, even though the EVP image thing was done in Shutter this past year and is a common trick done by Brian Brushwood, who happened to perform last year. Of course it's still a long ways away.
