carolinacaniac
It is always sad when people pass away young. It never seems right. I wish for the best for his family, and hope that he will rest in peace.
kennywood!007
Wow, this shocks me. I haven't been on the forums in a while and I come on and one of the people I see the most, and sometimes talk to is gone. This is very shocking. Â R.I.P. FLIPDUDE
^^^If shrunken to the size of a signature it will lose it's quality. Keep in mind the coloring for the track turned out a little darker than intended.
Sean Menefee
It looks like Dan's MySpace was added to MyDeathSpace's collection of pages.  http://www.mydeathspace.com/article/2007/09/05/Daniel_Miller_(25)_died_from_injuries_sustained_in_an_automobile_accident  (Edit...if one of the Mods here can fix that link it wold be appreciated. I can't get it to format right it would seem.)
ghost007jas
That looks really great. I'm still having a hard time believe that he's gone. It just seems so weird, no more CP PTR's, nothing, its over... Life isn't fair.

timetrial3141592
This is a terrible thing. I truly wish the best for him and his family. It is a true tragedy.  It was said he was in the accident during a credit run? Well, I was going over his last posts and I found this a bit upsetting... I warn you it might upset you too...  Cross State credit whoring has been postponed due to weather. I apologize for an inconvience.  I guess maybe it was just his time... I sure hope he is in a better place right now.   R.I.P.  That was Daniel's last post here. I think it is a fitting epitaph. Requesciat in pace, dude. FLIPDUDE
^Actually his last post was a week later saying he's leaving for the coaster run in 3 hours. Â Â Wha tupset me was that if it weren't for the bad weather he would of been on the road a week earlier, when the truck wasn't there. Â But like I siad, maybe it was just his time. Hurricane
Rest in peace Dan. Â Your memory will be with us forever. I truly feel sorry for his family and anyone close to him. Gnome
This reminds me of the event which happened with CS original owner Dr. Rom. It's always sad to hear some one die prematurely because of some one elses, or even thier own, stupid mistake though I'm not saying it was his first. Â My heart goes out to his family. disneygurlz2s
My sympathy to the family. Our family lost a young person in an auto accident 5 years ago and it is a very tough loss, indeed. Â Kudos, Wes, on your efforts on the part of the TPR gang. I am sure his family will appreciate knowing that the Theme Park/Coaster community cares. bigjohnson51
Wow I just got the news of his death through the chat room. It shocked me. I didn't know him personally, but we had some really good conversations about his closed circuit radio show he had and he gave me some really good tips on how to maneuver Cedar Point. He was a very nice person and was a joy to have around the forums. He will be missed.
Rollertoaster
Wow. I feel particularly sad about this. I found his myspace profile a while ago, and I was going to add him, and somehow I forgot to. I feel really horrible about that. I'll have to make a trip to Cedar Point in his honor. Cyber.Fiber
Wheil I was reading his Cedar Point PTR I thought every one was kidding about his death! Well... I guess I was wrong... So sad, and especially weird to have someone on TPR die... I know he was a very big poster in the Random, Random, Random, section of these fourmes. It was kind of strange not seeing his posts there for a while... I am going to pray for him and his family tonight.

rollerdude
Its shocking that only a couple weeks ago we were reading his trip reports. I really hope he got to ride Mavy. FLIPDUDE
Wes is right, this topic isn't about the picture it's about what's behind it, the loss of Masked_Maverick. Â If someone wants to comment on the picture send me a PM, but I would like to keep this thread about wha it's supposed to be.
