steel Posted December 3, 2006 Posted December 3, 2006 Here's some math from a while ago. Obviously, it's a mixed review. This part covers solving systems of equations with the form "y=ax^2+bx+c," the usage of "i" to solve for "x," and some simple factoring. Hooray for High School Geometry! Hopefully this is big enough.
Golfie Posted December 3, 2006 Posted December 3, 2006 umm... yeah. Look! In the corner! It's the KING!
Timpowes Posted December 3, 2006 Posted December 3, 2006 ^^^^ Ooh, japanese handwriting! =O Is it difficult to write, or do you get the hang of it when you know how to do? It takes ages for me to write my name >_>, I'll upload a picture later~
thomas2 Posted December 3, 2006 Posted December 3, 2006 ^If you know the correct stroke order of the kana and kanji's, and if you practise them daily then it isn't difficult. Memorizing the stroke order of those kanji's is the most difficult. Here's a letter to Satoshi. Hope I didn't made any mistakes (remeber I'm only learning it for the past 8 weeks soo be gentle )

mr_teisco_delrey Posted December 6, 2006 Posted December 6, 2006 ^Ah now I see the mistake. I always change ち to さ. They look soo much the same I'm happy you can read it though. Yay! Ki (romaji) along with ち and さ can also get you. Your Hiragana looks pretty good. How long did it take you to memorize it? I'm a newbie also.
thomas2 Posted December 6, 2006 Posted December 6, 2006 ^1 week. I arrived at the university and the told us to memorize it by the end of the week. That was truely the most insane week I've ever had But it took 3-4 weeks before I could actually write it fast, without having to think which sign I had to use. Now I can write it very fast and it's easy. Just practise it ALOT and you'll be fine. Good luck!
