XLRBR Posted July 25, 2006 Posted July 25, 2006 I just wanted to see if it was OK if I added you and Robb to my MySpace...my name's: Spl@$hd0wn. It is alright, isn't it?
Darien Laker Posted July 28, 2006 Posted July 28, 2006 It's similar to what happened to me. I didn't even want a myspace at all, and then, as a joke, some friends made one for me, but filled it with wrong....and offensive....information. Â Luckily, it was friends and they gave me the e-mail and password (after I flipped out on them!), so now it really is my information. Still it sucked, they had people believing lots of things that weren't true.
p0tat0 Posted July 29, 2006 Posted July 29, 2006 I don't get why people hate myspace. I've found lots of old friends on myspace. It isn't bad at all, just the media gets to your head.
socalMAN123 Posted July 30, 2006 Posted July 30, 2006 My dad had a fake MySpace made after him once. And then some idiot student from one of his classes the previous year said she cheated on his final and it turned out to be true. The MySpace was deleted and the people who made it and the girl who said she cheated got suspended for like a month. Not cool at all. Especially for Elissa. Oh well, at least she has a real one now. Way to fight the power Elissa! ---Brent
metrock Posted July 30, 2006 Posted July 30, 2006 I don't get why people hate myspace. I've found lots of old friends on myspace. It isn't bad at all, just the media gets to your head. Â Very simple: Rupert Murdoch is a money greeedy whore.
Angry_Gumball Posted August 5, 2006 Posted August 5, 2006 Personally, Myspace is OK...kinda overrated though...Out of visiting Myspace and TPR, TPR has priority.
robbalvey Posted August 5, 2006 Posted August 5, 2006 I still to this day do not quite understand the "point" of MySpace. Please ask me to add them, and I add them. What am I supposed to do next???? Â --Robb
map2 Posted August 5, 2006 Posted August 5, 2006 Myspace is the cheap way of having an internet website. I don't know why it is so popular? Use your cell phones, or use instant messaging, or text messaging for that matter. To me it is a complete waste of time.
IwantRevenge Posted August 5, 2006 Posted August 5, 2006 ^ ^lol put your self on the lot for crazy people everywhere  I do go to myspace but only becuase it's the only place I can listen to Caretaker.
Louise Posted August 5, 2006 Posted August 5, 2006 I still to this day do not quite understand the "point" of MySpace. Please ask me to add them, and I add them. What am I supposed to do next???? --Robb  I never understood ANY of the draws of myspace until I got Facebook, which is kinda the official-universities-myspace-thing. Facebook, I love. The difference is, only people who have some connection with me actually have contact with me (ie - my real friends, or people I consider to be my real friends), whereas with myspace, anybody can read anything about you and want to be on your "friends" list. However, I do know now that you can make your profile private and stuff, which I guess makes a difference. Still, give me Facebook any day of the week. Myspace to me is just... Fanboy land or something.
kennywood!007 Posted August 5, 2006 Posted August 5, 2006 I wonder if it's the same kid who posted the Sheikra video. Â Â I wouldn't be surprised if it was. He mad a new video about people being mean to him...
mr_teisco_delrey Posted August 5, 2006 Posted August 5, 2006 I still to this day do not quite understand the "point" of MySpace. Please ask me to add them, and I add them. What am I supposed to do next???? --Robb  I'm still trying to figure out the point of TV. TV is a total waste. Seriously, if a site isn't topic specific, I won't waste my time there. Also, does anybody spend time at digg.com? What's up with that?
Chaddyboy Posted August 6, 2006 Posted August 6, 2006 What I don't understand is that if everyone is always in their myspaces, what the hell do they have to talk about in myspace? Are they going to talk about updating their myspaces? I just don't get it. Anyone who cares to know how you actually are doing will talk to you in person anyway, so there just isn't a use for myspace.
Xmeister Posted August 11, 2006 Posted August 11, 2006 Ummm, Elissa the profile is showing the creator as being online now. Wow I hate myspace.
nyanko Posted August 11, 2006 Posted August 11, 2006 I dunno. I guess I'm just used to people trying to impersonate me/steal my accounts on the internet (I moderate a large, popular and sometimes hated non-coaster forum), but it doesn't seem to be that big of a deal to me. I mean it sucks but it's no fire-and-brimstone thing and people do that stuff a million times a day. Â Maybe I'm just desensitized. To everything.
TPDave Posted August 13, 2006 Posted August 13, 2006 Ummm, Elissa the profile is showing the creator as being online now.Wow I hate myspace. Â Thats probably because the creator is now Elissa... Â I use myspace to talk to people who live far away but are still friends, basically it's free and easy to use (bar the 30minute loading times)
Screamomatic Posted August 14, 2006 Posted August 14, 2006 In the News a while ago they were talking about how MySpace is a Hotspot for Sexual Predators and the like... I tried doing something like that a while ago but it was totally pointless and every hot chicks profile had comments like "oh, your so hot", some comments were really dirty. Normally that wouldn't bother me, but just imagining the person making those comments is scary...
jedimaster1227 Posted August 15, 2006 Posted August 15, 2006 Don't know if this is an appropriate time to let Robb and Elissa know that people have taken it to the next level of evil rodent hating by posting a TPR Video on Google Video. (It wasn't me, just reporting here!) http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=5465479414109625973&q=theme+park+review&hl=en
Adriel Posted August 20, 2006 Posted August 20, 2006 Well, you say the account was pulled, but I still can see the profile.
CoasterCrazy Posted August 20, 2006 Author Posted August 20, 2006 ^ The current profile is really Elissa.
Corkscrewed Posted August 22, 2006 Posted August 22, 2006 Try to read, guys. Â Altho whoa! The long lost CP vid. Cool for fans of the vid, altho I doubt Robb would be happy to see this posted. Actually, I can't really speak for him, so nvm. Times may have changed since then.
commander jigga Posted August 23, 2006 Posted August 23, 2006 Wow, whoever did that needs to get a life. If I get any clues to who it was I'll talk to you Robb.
