  1. Try this: Tycoon Screenshots
  2. That doesn't help us much. What bug?
  3. Whoa, we need to get Elissa to that park! I agree, you don't need nearly that much support. Look at Millennium Force.
  4. I'm from the Des Moines, Iowa area, about 20 min. from Adventureland, 3 hours from Arnolds Park and Worlds of Fun, and 5 hours from Valleyfair! and the Park at MOA.
  5. Wave Swinger, Cedar Point?
  6. Another one I forgot - the duck at Hesheypark (Some of you will know what I mean - think of Wildcat).
  7. It will be difficult to do this for South Dakota.
  8. "Morgan" Alert. Morbosity. You are a genius, man.
  9. Apollo's Chariot. If you don't count that, it's a tie between Big Bad Wolf, Zeus, and Cyclops.
  10. The sound the chain on SFGAm's Viper makes as the train crests the hill. The lift hill of any older wooden coaster. The joyous screams of kids on their first big coaster. Lovely. The sound of an impulse launching. I never know which is screaming louder - the newbie rider or the LIM system. Screeching of any kind. The sound of the final brake run on the last coaster of the day. Not so lovely. EDIT: Ooh! I forgot one! I love the clicking sound of a B&M's lap bar or harness coming down.
  11. ^Outlaw is a fun little coaster with some intense lateral air. It's barely ridable anywhere but the front anymore, though. I know what you mean. Mt. Olypmus never ceases to amaze me with its disregard for saftey. No spiels, no lap bar or seatbelt checks, lack of fences in some places. It's incredible. At CoasterCon, I was on the Trojan Horse Go-Kart track (I never want to get that close to the underside of a horse again) and I was bombarded by a group of idiotic and reckless college students. The bumped into me - hard. I was knocked off course and I got stuck, unable to move the go-kart at all. I was right behind an op and it took him three full laps to notice. The worst part - the people who crashed into me got off with no penalty. They continued to do the same thing on other go-kart tracks all day (the same thing happened to a friend of mine on Medusa's Drop).
  12. Nice TR. I'm glad someone else appreciates Adventureland's atmosphere. Friendliest staff I've ever seen at that tiny little park. If it was located in Ohio, it just might get a Golden Ticket for the staff. I'm right with you on Dragon. Burn it, I say. They even added seatbelts to the horsecollars. Yeesh. You can get some pretty decent pictures of Outlaw's back half from the road and (I assume) from the circus. Reon-basically, it does a 270* to the left, then turns around and does a 360* to the right before a 180* left onto the brake run. Again, nice TR.
  13. OMG, yes. The difference is like night and day on Patriot, especially in the back. You really notice the difference in the zero-g roll. On the right side, you're pushed over - hard, but not hard enough for pain. On the left side, it's complete perfection - a split-second of being completely suspended in mid air. Bliss.
  14. Oh my god. "...when he suddenly discovers he has a penis!" You never cease to amaze me.
  15. 1.) Patriot 2.) Alpengeist 3.) Raptor 4.) B:TR clones 5.) Great Bear
  16. At the MN State Fair, I was urging my mom to take off here hat before we got on Crazy Mouse. Sure enough, as soon as we get out of the station, there goes the hat. It's interesting that it didn't even happen during a drop. There wasn't much wind or anything. It just sort of... came off. They had to shut down SplashOver at Adventureland because someone dropped his cell phone. I saw someone lose their hat on Mighty Axe at PaMoA. This is my favorite: I saw a pair of pants hanging from the supports of Outlaw at Adventureland as we walked out of the station. Just remember, it's okay to love coasters, but please don't try to mate with them. It won't work, and you probably won't get your pants back.
  17. Well, I probably could have guessed that you've ridden it, seeing as it is a clone.
  18. I just don't like the movies. Pcw guy, you are sadly mislead. Toyota owns Ford, my friend.
  19. I hate to say this, but there are a lot of big errors in this park. First of all, Steel Venom and Talon are both names used by Cedar Fair, Six Flags' rival company. No Six Flags park would EVER use either name. Try Viper instead of Steel Venom and Tatsu instead of Talon. Also, please don't use Stealth for the name of a launch coaster. The UK already has a launcher called Stealth. The one you had was a clone of the existing one. Not gonna happen. Try a Batman theme - maybe Mr. Freeze or something like that. Finally, as kennywood!007 said, Superman has hypercoster trains. That's not a good idea for a coaster with that many inversions. Try using floorless trains. Other than that, the park looks great!
  20. The front has more airtime on Avalanche. Apollo's Chariot has wicked air in the third row.
  21. Let's see... Texas Giant, Blue Streak, Avalanche (Timber Falls), etc.
  22. Apollo's Chariot is awesome in the rain, even though you are pelted with bullet-like raindrops. Tornado at Adventureland really gets going in the rain. Big Bad Wolf would probably be awesome in the rain if it weren't for the idiotic little stream of water that insists upon splashing riders. Alpengeist is probably the worst coaster to ride in the rain, especially in the front seat.
  23. Whoa, I totally forgot about Apollo's Chariot! The airtime off that last bunny hop is incredible!
  24. LYKE OMFG! YOU WENT THE DAY BEFORE I DID!!!!!!3235598346!!!!eleventy-two!!!! Nice TR, though.
  25. Loch Ness Monster in the torrents of rain on Wednesday.
