Primarily a vehicle for Jim Carrey? Completely would be a better word. None of the movie made any sense. Its plot didn't line up at all with the books'. I have Book the 13th now, and I'm going to start reading it in bed tonight.

^Minnesota is MN. I thought everyone knew that. And honestly, if you thik Timber Wolf is rougher than Boomerang or Dragon at Adventureland, something is very wrong with you. -
They're okay, I guess. They were really funny at first, but the style of writing is almost annoying anymore. I'm going to get The End in about an hour. You're right, the movie was the biggest piece of crap they could have possibly put out.

Are you kidding me? I've had rougher rides on Mamba, and I'm not exaggerating a bit. Timber Wolf was really, really rough two years ago, but it is WAY better now. I won't deny that it has it's rough spots, but you guys blow it way out of preportion. As for the layout, it has some of the most fierce airtime I've experienced and its first drop is simply wonderful. The only flaw is the speed-destroying helix. -

I specifically remember Valleyfair! advertising Power Tower as 275 ft. when it first opened. They must have fallen back on it a little and decided to tell the truth. Either way, it's a longer fall than Cedar Points. -

What's the problem with Timbe Wolf? It's way better than it was last year. I recently rode it in an axle row near the back in the middle of a busy day, and it was completely managable. Patriot is probably the coolest-looking coaster there is when it lights up at night. I love how the chaser lights on the lift hill are the same speed as the chain, and how the white stripe seems to glow. -
I've always wanted to see a band called Gazpacho Dave. One of my friends is in a band named Steve.

Remember when your mom told you that your face would get stuck like that if you held it too long? It's true.

That is all.

Oh come on, you should know that there is no way employees could know this kind of thing. If there is a new VF! coaster for 2008, it's in its early planning stages. I know that WoF first knew they were getting Patriot in about 2004. If they do get a new coaster in 2008, I would put my money on a Daemonen-sized floorless or a B:TR-sized invert. -
So sorry about this. I can't imagine losing my little Millie girl. You and your dog are in my thoughts and prayers.

Quick question.

I didn't know Maverick had an Immelman... That isn't quite an inversion, though. -
Nice TR! Woodstock's Express packs quite an impressive punch for a kiddie coaster.

^We're not stupid, we're just coaster enthusiasts with a severe lack of social skills, right guys?! -

Actually not even that is true. Werner Stengel is a myth. The one who designed all those coasters was actually a St. Bernard named Wilhelmina. -
^^YES! It was freezing! I made the mistake of trying Patriot without my jacket on once. Hobbesx2 - You still don't understand me. They've always HAD the switchbacks. They don't always USE them. After the rush to Patriot died down on opening day, the switchbacks were empty.

It's totally Tatsu, or Tat Sue as the case may be. Unless it's Goliath Jr., which would be BEYOND AWESOME. -
Okay, let's get this over with. First of all, Batman clones are fun, but Patriot has WAY better execution and pacing. You aren't noticing the small things. Look at the station itself and Patriot Landing. The little details make everything work. Yes, there are indeed numbers telling you which rows are which (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7). Okay, switchbacks are a simple concept, but they are hard to explain. Switchbacks are the back and forth movements found in pretty much every queue. On opening day for Patriot, you walked straight from the entrance to the turn left under the turn out of the station. On busier days, you immediately turn 90 degrees right after entering, then turn left, go straight, turn right, go straight, etc. until you get to the 90 degree turn left under the turn out of the station. With a full queue, Patriot's line is about 55 minutes.

I wish this show was still as good as it was in Season 1. Season 2 sucked enough to make me not care about missing this premier. I still want to know why the heck they are on the island, though.
-
XD = I just fell over and died laughing.
-
^The station is nearly identical to Silver Bullets, but Patriot's is themed better, IMO.
-
^^Patriot's line starts with a few rows of switchbacks (back and forth), then goes under the turn out of the station, climbs a flight of stairs, turns 90 degrees left, climbs another flight of stairs, turns 90 degrees left, and enters the station.
-
Did you go on the same April 8th I did? Because when I went on opening day, Patriot's line only used the switchbacks when it first opened.

Too much to drink? What on earth do you mean?
