  1. nope Have you ever lied to get out of a bad date?
  2. Kings Island apparently has a lot of people haunting it! I've heard like 4 different stories... all of which I'm sure have been embellished a great deal but here is what I've heard: 1) The story of "Tower Johnny" which if you've read this entire thread you know who he is by now 2) There is supposed to be a ghost of an old man that roams the station of the Beast after the rides close and included in the legend is that he tests the trains after everyone leaves (hearing the trains echoing throughout the woods as the employees were leaving have reported... but don't you think they'd have go to check? 3) A little boy roams inside the fence under and around the Racers (no details as to how he got there) 4) Apparently in the upstairs kitchen of one of the restaurants on the midway is haunted by a chef who died up there, he he died I do not know I only believe the "Tower Johnny" story (just because it's fun to believe in!) but I have no idea how credible the sources I got the other stories from are (I'm assuming not very good!) but I still thought they were fun!
  3. Please tell me that I'm not the only one that likes eithr of these movies: The Big Lebowski Heathers
  4. Yes Would you ever consider bathing in chocolate milk just for the hell of it?
  5. The last coaster I rode was "The Boss" at Six Flags St. Louis yesterday. It ran incredibly fast and was very rough but it was worth it for the awesome spots of airtime it produced. I have bruises all over my legs and I'm sore so I'm paying for it now... I look like I was beat up, seriously. http://www.coastergallery.com/SF/STL28.html
  6. Yeah. I went to opening day at SFSTL yesterday and they had an black Green Lantern as well and not only that... he had a British accent! So not only did I not learn the Green Lantern was black but he's British too!!!!
  7. My name is Laura Beth (yeah, yeah I have a double name but most people just call me Laura or "Hey you!")
  8. No way! Have you ever had to stand over 2 hours in line for a ride behind someone who CLEARLY needed a shower?
  9. Mine is going to be this Saturday at Six Flags St. Louis and it's probably going to be Mr. Freeze just because my fiancee and I are the only people in our group who have ridden it so we thought we'd pop everyone else's "Mr. Freeze" cherries (You know, now that the ride doesn't make your IQ drop several points because the OTSR's are gone)
  10. My happy thought is not being at work on Spring Break
  11. IMO, I think that the person should try and loose some weight. I agree with Robb when he says that people need to take responsibility. Sure, there are the occasional rides that when I was at my heaviest (165lbs at 5'8 ) I had to squeeze into them. But when I noticed that my arms had gotten to pudgy to stuff them in between the partitions on the Beast during the final helix (I do this so I don't get jarred around like a ragdoll!) I went and lost 45lbs by next coaster season. Don't get me wrong... I'm not saying that everyone shoud go out and loose weight if they can't squeeze their arms into the seat cushions on the Beast... but what I guess I'm trying to say is if someone gets on a ride and they are to the point where one or two operators are shoving down to make the lap bar click and they can't do it... the person shouldn't walk away swearing at the ride or the operators for that matter.
  12. Yeah, that's right... I'm the dork that went to go see "Date Movie" on an actual date. It was "meh." A few (very few) parts, like 2, were pop squirting out of your nose hilarious but the rest of the parts that were supposed to be funny were just kinda like "Wow, that was completely unnecessary..." 3.5/10
  13. Everyone took my shows Damn you John! I was going to name all the classic Nickelodeon shows! Those and Robot Chicken, Moral Orel is pretty funny too. Hell, anything on Adult Swim is great and most likely underrated. I do love my Project Runway as well!
  14. YAY for skipping school so I can go to the opening of PKI! lol... yeah yeah education is important.. I KNOW... but I only have one class, and its a lab that I already have done! SO PKI HERE I COME!
  15. I couldn't agree more! That thing is INSANE! It's so crazy loud in there as well! It's complete insanity and it's fabulous! I also enjoy the tunnel at the bottom of the Raven first hill... sure it's not the craziest, darkest, or longest... it's just plain fun!
  16. Could mine please be "Transfer Track Enthusiast"... haha thanks!
  17. I LOVE VOLUNTEERING! -I volunteer at the Schwann Center here in town (its for mentally and physically challenged children -I'm an active volunteer at the local animal shelter -I also am a "big sister" to some children at the nearby children's home -Every Thanksgiving I help do a turkey dinner for the homeless It's really rewarding!
  18. well airtime is important, and then theres airtime. Also, some good airtime is nice and wait... did I mention AIRTIME?
  19. Is anyone else but me picturing the people dressed as the DC comic characters like the people dressed as the Marvel superheros at IOA but only cheesier? Or is that just me?
  20. Ummmm lets see lord knows I can't choose just one so lets catagorize it shall we... Dark ride: Splash Mountain because that ride just doesn't get old to me... when you're in that ride you feel like you're in a different world and it is FAB-U-LOUS! Wooden: Screamin' Eagle at Six Flags St. Louis... this ride makes me smile from beginning to end and was my first roller coaster ride at the age of 6 and began my sick coaster obsession! It is even said that it was John Allen's most favorite coaster that he ever built (according to the ACE calender anyway ) Steel: As much as I like Millenium Force I think I'm going to have to go with Magnum. Not only is the drop HOT but those bunny hills at the end are the greatest things EVER invented!
  21. OMG... already have my season pass and have already asked for opening day off from work! Anyone else going on opening day!?
  22. hahahahaha! God I'm so jealous! Hmmmmm... I have a big back yard... there's a lake in my back yard... Lake + the second floor patio = the best idea I've ever had
  23. Done... Wow, I've never had so much fun filling out a survey before! P.S. I typed an aweful lot.... sorry
  24. I'm not sure how I feel about this... but I think the reason I'm so unsure is because I'm afraid it will be filled with empty promises. Two of the three closest Six Flags to me is SFKK and SFSTL and let me tell you... but could use a little *ahem* alot of help in some areas, not all, but some. I would welcome the free rock cimb with open arms and I'm thrilled about Chang's new paint job but he's saying all these things with such enthusiasm now but what happens when he's not excited about making the parks better anymore? In a nutshell, I won't beleive anything it until it happens (P.S. was it this guys idea to make Six Flags smoke free? Because if it was I really kind of want to hug him and say "THANK YOU")
  25. Well, then the score is STUPID= FUNNY - 1 STUPID= STUPID- 1 That doesn't settle much then does it? But I am happy that one other person found it as freakin' hilarious as I did!
