I don't feel too bad about this. It was a decent ride but probably my least favorite in the park. I'm curious to see what they do with the land. I think a B&M flyer makes the most sense to me right now.

Right there you answered why so many of these have been made "hilarious subtitles". Lots of them are pretty good, of course there's some that are awful.

Out of Medusa/Bizarro East, Dominator, and Kraken (not including Dive Machines since I don't think that is what we're talking about)... I probably like Dominator the best. The layout is highly original (for a B&M at least) with the high speed turns in the first half. I feel like its one of the more forceful B&M's made since the late 90's, lots of positive g's and some floater air as well. 1. Dominator 2. Kraken 3. Medusa/Bizarro

When the Yeti is working it is really dang impressive looking.

Obviously being a coaster enthusiast seeing how many inversions the imaginary ride had and how the trains broke made me frustrated and wanting to yell "What the hell??? This is stupid!!!"

I think its the smoothness and the incredible airtime. I felt Phoenix met all my expectations and lived up to the hype when I rode it a month ago for the first time. The airtime is just plain awesome.

Jeez, I go to Old Town every time I'm down there and every time I psych myself out of doing that. Just plain too freaking tall for my liking.

I agree with you on the Boss - I thought it was a really neat ride with a very original layout. The biggest problem it faces is the awful g-trains I think. If it had different trains I think it could be a great ride.

Scared the crap out of me, but totally fun. I'm still trying to work up the courage to do the 300' Old Town sky coaster...

Maturity is not determined by age, but when you say something like "Even if Nitro is a borefest nothing in your homepark can beat El Toro in my home park.....Nothing." It makes you sound like a petulant little kid/fanboy.

Thats a pretty neat video. Maybe he made it hoping KD would notice and give him a job? I'm not sure if we'll see a real particular theme on this ride. Certainly nothing immersive. I really doubt it would be as themed as TTD for example.

First we had people coming up with reasons why this was going to be a launch coaster even though it didn't look like it. Now we have people coming up with reasons why it could have a vertical lift... What random inane debate are we going to have next???

TBH, Same 'ere =(. But if it was anything less than vertical wouldn't it need additional supports, IE, supports without track attached? To support the angled lift. And there would be a sufficient amount due to the height of a giga coaster. That is why it is using the truss system. The reinforcement created allows for less supports.

Gotta be El Toro. I can't think of another that even compares.

I don't do speed slides; not no way not no how. Any of those vertical drop slides/multiple drop slides.
