  4. I'm so happy they're opening lost gravity because i'm going to walibi holland in the end of march/start of april
  5. Millenium force has totally the best layout and it's not repetitive in any sense
  6. OH GOD Those flatrides are horrible! The troikas model is at least good but with the others... And the cycles It's like they took existing rides, looked at them and just guessed what they did.
  7. Merlin do actually take good care of their rides. Name one which is not taken care of. Smiler. Too soon? I mean is there something i missed or are you one of those who still think it's a mechanical fault?
  8. The Wonder Wheel was designed and built over forty years before Intamin was even founded, it's sometimes called an "eccentric wheel" too. Technically, Disney [lovingly] ripped off the design for the Sun Wheel, an Austrian company built it, and Intamin brokered it (and still continues to broker the design as well). Oh.
  9. We need to remember that even though the paint isn't THAT thick automatically, it's still extra thickness if they just repaint over the old paint, and when it comes to coasters... there's defeniately no room for error.
  10. Barely... After the station and queue there's no space theming really inside the actual building. Even the zierer force coaster at my home park (Linnunrata at Linnanmäki) Has space theming everywhere you look.
  11. Also remember cony's coaster wheel is intamin
  12. In the end of march, i'll be going for a 10 day long trip to England and the Netherlands. I'll be going to: England: -Thorpe Park for two days -Alton towers -Chessington world of adventure The Netherlands: -Efteling -Walibi Holland
  13. Wait, what updated 4d freefly thing?
  14. yay you fixed it! now i can compliment the report, great report!
  15. Sorry for being a huge car nerd but between the rolls and the mustang, that's a Jaguar, not a bentley
  16. Hmm... Well regardless i still find it most likely for this to be a spinner. (mostly because the layout seems illogical for something that isn't a spinner)
  17. Im gonna support my spinning coaster theory with this: As you can see there are small supports for something that could potentially be brakes, such as intamin does them. However, mack never does brakes in that way Really, the only explanation i can find, is that there will be those things that even a spinning car to match with the station that spinning coasters usually have. It also looks like there are already regular brakes there, so that prevents the possibility of them being new kinds of brakes.
  18. Like this? [youtu_be] [/youtu_be] Also thanks for the positive comments!
  19. Because that one refers to the small zierer tower?
  20. PPAR-Rides introduces: ShotsUPP A four side drop tower, with 4 seats per car But we put a little twist on it... You dont just shoot up, you shoot up, and then you look straight down! The separate tracks can be activated in separates, for racing between 4 or 2, or you can make them go as singles. (singles would decrease wait times) The towers can be built anywhere from 60-90 metres tall. (our example is 90m) The launch and braking is achieved through linear induction. And we have here a small introduction video also showing the ride in action. [youtu_be] [/youtu_be] Thank you. -PPAR-Rides team feedback appreciated
  21. Hey can someone tell me what company made Pinas Locas? It looks like a huss flipper that doesn't lift but the gondolas turn by themselves with motors?
  22. If it ain't broke don't fix it If it aint enjoyable, please reconsider. A: Parks still bought them more than anything enjoyable B: GP flocks to them C: And so do enthusiasts because gotta get dem credits
  23. If it ain't broke don't fix it
