  1. The closest for me would probably be Six Flags America or Hersheypark. They are about equal distance. Hersheypark seems to be my favorite park right now. However, I have yet to get to SFA, but I don't think that will change.
  2. Agree with whole invert subject, however I would put the hypers or sit-downs before the dive coasters.
  3. Of the ones I have ridden, probably Thunderhawk at Dorney and Manhattan Express in Vegas.
  4. They would move that to another Six Flags park before it gets torn down.
  5. I liked Spoodles too. Ate there for breakfast and thought it was pretty good.
  6. ^I have said it before, and will say it again...I love Wildcat. It is usually the only ride, other than maybe Skyrush, Great Bear, and Fahrenheit (depending on the lines) that I go on. However, it always get the "HATE" on here. I guess, to each their own, right!
  7. ^Looks like they just attached a bunch of telescoping aluminum ladders together for the track. And it does look a little rough.
  8. Talon at Dorney. It was Dorney and it was raining, so the crowds were low anyway. Rode in the front seat, but I should have ridden a seat back. I was drenched pretty much when I got back. However, there was a nice looking attendant, so that made it all worth while.
  9. ^^I read somewhere on this thread that Cedar Point doesn't really get real busy till the end of June. I could be wrong, but I think that rings a bell.
  10. Absolutely: -Hersheypark Probably: -Six Flags Great Adventure -Six Flags America Maybe: -Cedar Point * -Kings Island * -Holiday World * -Beech Bend * -Dollywood * -Carowinds * -Kings Dominion * -US IoA # -US # -BGT # -SeaWorld Orlando # *-Possible Mid-East Tour in works #-Usual trip to Orlando in works
  11. Looks like great theming again from a park on the other side of the pond. I wish more parks would really go all out on the theming like Universal and Disney do. It just adds another awesome phase to a coaster.
  12. It is a good walk from Fahrenheit to Skyrush...fyi. Comet, SDL and Skyrush all sit nicely in the Hollow, and are extremely close. Great Bear is a slight walk up the hill. Then down the hill, past Flying Falcon to Trailblazer if that is your fancy. Then back up another hill to Stormrunner and Sidewinder. Fahrenheit is relatively close to them. Then Lightning Racer and Wildcat are on the far end of the park. Just a heads up.
  13. I would say Wicked Cyclone. However, probably won't be able to get there for awhile. I am going to hopefully get to Thunderbird, Fury 325 and Rougarou so that should be fun. Great year for new coasters
  14. ^Hershey has one, and at times I can see what you mean. Maybe they could put some seatbelts in them to make you feel a little safer.
  15. No gates and no seatbelts, plus the attendant is right there ready to go...now if every theme park could see and do this.
  16. ^I remember something about the original Fantasyland redo being geared more towards the female population. So they reworked it and came up with Seven Dwarfs Mine Train I believe. Something like that...
  17. Never heard of that one, so I looked it up on RCDB. Man, nowadays, that thing looks like rotted wood in the middle of a forest.
  18. Is it me, or does the loop seems a lot closer to "The Voyage" then it did in the animations?
  19. ^Agree. Maybe a nice coaster for Japan. A Ratatouille indoor ride for France. Then maybe a Laff-Trak indoor coaster, similar to Hershey, for England with Alice and Wonderland.
