  1. ^Someone asked him in the comments how much it cost him for everything and he replied around a thousand dollars. Im guessing the panel itself was around 500 alone. Then u gotta think about the motors he used, the sensors, the panels computer etc etc.. He's one lucky teen to have parents willing to dish out all of that money. My mother would have laughed at me if I asked her for a thousand dollars. Lol
  2. I just started playing this since Bejeweled Blitz kept suggesting it. Its an OK game so far but im so far behind. Lol. Ive had bad experiences with adding people without asking first so feel free to add me. Origin name is ItsSeddy85
  3. I tried playing NoLimits but I couldnt even figure out how to select a coaster type to start with... perhaps one day I'll find a good tutorial and go from there.
  4. I guess I'll boot up RCT3 tomorrow... well later today... I need to be in the bed but im not sleepy at all....
  5. Excellent job! I've been meaning to get back to my RCT3 project but I've continued to put it off. If you dont mind me asking, where did u get those brakes in the picture of the brake run, and those circular stairs leading up to the MCBR??? I've been looking for a set of those for years!! Great job once again! Very impressive!!!
  6. If I had a thousand dollars I would definitely put together something like this. My panel would have 2 dispatch buttons and a digital display screen built into it though. I now have a new addition to my bucket list. Lol
  7. Why is there not a Vekoma Big Air coaster in the US?
  8. Yea... thats a badly designed station as well but at the same time the ride has had very little changes done since it opened 40 years ago, other than removing those levers used to brake the train and putting in a computer system and a control panel. That ramp that ques down to the station from the que house is out of place as well... they would have done better putting steps there. And im still trying to understand why they removed the chasing lights... but that has nothing to do with the station. During my reign I remember begging my supervisors for a stool to sit on but they told me that I couldnt sit because people could see me from like 5 different angles. And its like the sun rises right behind the GASM. That sun is BRUTAL in the summer time.
  9. Here in Baltimore we're in the mid 50's right now, which is crazy because we had snow last week. I was hoping for a white Christmas but it doesnt look like thats gonna happen. Im still waiting one of those blizzards ive heard about. Lol
  10. I would make the Superman Ultimate Flight clones longer, adding a vertical loop after that turn that comes after the pretzel loop. Im sorry but 2 inversions is very weak... especially for a B&M. I would modify the Main Brake at GASM so it wouldnt cause wiplash if a train is still in the station. I would also retrack it and give it new trains. I would add another inversion to the Georgia Scorcher, maybe an immelman or a zero-g roll. I love the ride, but its just too short. Give the Ninja soft OTSR's instead of those hard ones they use now. I think that would make it a more pleasurable ride.
  11. Compared to the old Monster Plantation with its blown speakers, dim lighting, smell of mold and rust, and 50% of the animatronics not working... they gave the ride a full makeover and even added a few new special effects. I love it.
  12. Im sure that this has been mentioned before... During the 2005/2006 off season a painter fell and died while painting the supports at the Ninja. I do like that black better than the white paint though. +RIP+
  13. I do know that the clone at SFOG has some type of glitch where releasing the advance/dispatch button too early will trigger a ride error... In my experience BTR is one of the more reliable coasters in the park. SMUF breaks down ALOT more than Batman. Especially when it starts to get cold...
  14. ...if you just finished reading all 31 pages of this thread. ...if you say 'dispatch' or 'all clear' and hold up your right thumb when you flush the toilet. ...if you spiel to the guests thru the screen while playing RCT3.
  15. Even though it is my favorite roller coaster, Dèja Vu (or any GIB) freaks me out. First off, waiting in the loading stall and seeing that train fly thru the station like a blur. Its definitely intimidating . 2ndly, the climb up tower 1 is always freaky because u really cant tell when you're at the top before your train is released. Its like it just happens. The climb up tower 2 will mess you up too because you dont know if catcher 2 is going to cooperate and carry it all the way up the tower. Ever wonder why that platform is under the boomerang? Blame catcher 2.
  16. My favorite would have to be the Monster Mansion at SFOG. I love the renovation job they did and all of the monsters look ALOT better. That lazer/mist effect heading into the marsh is bada$$ as well... Those engineers really put some thought into the facelift for that ride.
  17. I live in the city and I hate it. Street parking is so 1976 I used to work in the county though. Im tryina get my BF to agree to relocate to the county. Lol
  18. ^Yea.. I think all BTR clones have those steps leading up to the station. Theres nothing worse than being on those stairs, getting all excited and hearing "Ladies and gentlemen... May I have your attention please... The Riddler has hijacked the Batmobile and we must temporarily discontinue operations at this time"
  19. Im the proud owner of an Xbox 360 and Happy Wars is my current game of choice. Im currently at rank 58.
  20. Ive been an Android supporter since 2009 when I purchased my Samsung Moment. Since then ive had the Epic 4G (Galaxy S 1), The Epic Touch 4G (Galaxy S 2), the Galaxy S3, and I now have the Galaxy Note 2. Team Samsung all day!!!
  21. I LOVE Mariah and Janet! Lol. I see you're in Baltimore as well!
  22. I'll join in on the fun. Me and my nephew Me and my Boyfriend Me in Hollywood FL for my birthday vacation last year!
  23. I think BTR at SFOG is one of the worst stations because of the heat. I like how they themed the station but those makeshift rock walls are like sheets of foil that retains the heat. Back when it first opened it was nice and cool in there thanks to the AC but after a while, maintenance just gave up on keeping the AC up and running. Dèja Vu's station can be confusing if there is no attemdant on crowd control duty. As long as someone is grouping guests in groups of 2, per row, it works fine. And it also helps fill the trains when u have single riders.
  24. Anybody know what happened to the Shuttle Loop at KK? Perhaps they'll use parts from that one at this park? I also would like to know what Six Flags did with the old Viper train from SFOG? That train was so beautifully crafted!
  25. The last coaster I rode was the Mind Bender at SFOG. It would have been Batman The Ride but it was broken down and the ride crew claimed they didnt know if it was gonna reopen before closing time.
