  1. Does Holiday Park get very busy? Sky Fly is a great ride but 12 riders per circle seems pretty low for such a great park.
  2. Strangely I feel unexcited when a park is happening.
  3. 135 degrees/225 degrees are the separate line. I don't think any debate is needed. Outlaw Run's 153 degrees banked turn, Takabisha's Banana Roll and all the Cut Back elements are the examples.
  4. First support of the new GCI is up! Please complete it faster so I can ride this great looking woodie sooner! Photo from GCI's Facebook page. Link
  5. There are zoos that should be shut down, they really should add something to the title to make sure they don't mislead the GP. Sea World is doing a great job to make sure everything goes well for their animals and they are really taking action to protect the environment.
  6. Looks like there's no trims. The top edge of the lift can be seen in the images. There could be a trimmed slope before the big drop for special effects, just like Mystery Mine's. Sorry for the bad drawing, it was done on my phone's screen.
  7. Maybe his giant head with tiny brain "reajusted" Ninja's train so the derailment happened when combined with the fallen tree. I think there will be a brake device to slow down the train on the second lift of TC. Remember how Intamin solved Vliegende Hollander's lift problem? Maybe TC's trains don't have to fully stop but but if the train goes up the lift hill without braking, there will be some Boomerang flashback.
  8. It would be nice to see a Cut Back on wooden coaster.
  9. Wonder how this drop will start, will the train approach "the edge" and drop like Takabisha, will the top of the drop be trimmed like DDD or will the train just drop without any deceleration? The pictures haven't shown the very top part of the drop.
  10. Already looks like one of the best first drops ever. Kärnan beats Cannibal on the first drop. Great job Gerstlauer!
  11. I remember getting a walk on for Mean Streak a couple years ago, and it ran okay. Not the worst coaster I went on, but then again, I don't think Grizzly at CGA is that bad. No it wasn't rough at all, I enjoyed the ride. But MS just isn't as good as the other coasters at the park.
  12. Since they are working with local manufacturers, does anyone think it could be from Golden Horse?
  13. I think Iron Streak would be the best solution for CP. Retracting MS every year costs a lot in the long run, park guests aren't eating it up like at other coasters, CP doesn't need to use more space for it and MS will put another great coaster to the already good coaster line up. Mean Streak still has it's fans, the 45 minutes line I saw one afternoon was very different from "2 people in each train throughout the afternoon" And the crew was running 3 trains efficiently. But among all the major coasters, people will probably miss it the least if it is gone.
  14. Tower of Terror at Gold Reef City. Someone please take my turn.
  15. These two supports are already one of the most beautiful coaster supports! Have they released a full layout yet?
  16. Goodbye Gwazi! Haven't ridden it but I'm glad there's one less coaster on the Hades360 2013 team.
  17. [youtu_be] [/youtu_be] Can't wait!!!
  18. Macarena... GET OUT OF MY HEAD!!!!!
  19. Great report! Philippines is an interesting country!
  20. How about buy a new place in Sandusky as their water park and action park's location? Even though Sandusky already has some indoor water parks, Cedar Point would make a huge brand to attract new crowd. They can build another hotel at the new site as the most economic choice then increase the price of Brakers and camping area for more money.
  21. High positive G at the pull out right followed by crazy airtime. Yes please!
  22. Why not just rename it Robin the Ride?
  23. There's always space if you are willing to squuze things in. But for a huge park like Cedar Point, stations and queue area might be a real problem. Millennium Force's supports are far apart, it would be easy put another coaster or two between them. Dinosaur Alive can hold a Roar-O-Saurus clone with double station and slightly longer trains. The warehouse between Mean Streak and Gemini can go to the camping area for another coaster. Either tear down Mean Streak for another coaster or add another compact coaster on the giant space in the triangle. Hotel Brakers' parking lot can be changed to underground parking lot or something like Disneyland's for a big new attraction. A giant flying coaster can be added above Shoot the Rapids. And like ImNotOneOfYou mentioned, ParkingLotKeeper is another solution. I know nothing about if CP's ground can handle the pressure of huge rides at those areas but these are just ideas.
