^ I guess B&M seats tilt too much that it affects the airtime. After riding Crazy Bird, I'm afraid those S&S seats are too hard for an Arrow hyper that isn't heartlined properly. Way too many parts without padding.

I doubt the Corkscrews here were modified, the completely different shape might due to their extremely low manufacturing level. Look at that car accident spot at the last Corkscrew's exit!

I agree that if Gatekeeper is at another park, it will be ranked higher. But this is Cedar Point we are talking about, expecting something much better than average isn't being unfair. If they want a family coaster, why buy something that requires 52"? I guess the wind has a lot to do with it's low speed, a ride that is suppose to be much better became…well…Gatekeeper.

What about Mega-Lite model or Lightning Run?

I just hope GateKeeper can be half as intense as Parrot Coaster. The ride would be so much better if it hauls through the course.

Lap bars would work on it, those on Crazy Bird worked perfectly fine. But if they are looking for a more complex train design, lap bar would need some extra seat distance. I don't know if Intamin is comfortable with using El Toro or Mega-Lite style lap bar like Gerstlauer does.

^ I really think they know what they were up to when they contacted Intamin for Cheetah Hunt and Falcon's Fury. Honestly I guess the delay and reliability would likely to be worse if they reached out for other companies.

Both Intamin and Mack have good relationships with Sea World IMO. Their products will both fit perfectly to the park. But to be honest, I guess 80% of people will say they are more excited if it's from Intamin.

I love the look of the KumbaK trains, but they seem like a nightmare to clean up.

^ I feel like that's the kind of thing Intamin does. "If they give us a 525ft height, why hug the riders inside of the car? We want to let the riders feel like they are about to fall out during every second of the ride!"

This is awesome! Really matches the "Intamin is the record breaker" reputation. They get to break Gerstlauer's "Steepest Drop" record as well! I'm thinking about a 3-4 car SkyRush train with restraints like those of Falcon's Fury.

^ This could also be worse, judge from their test field, I don't think the designers have been properly trained for amusement ride design. I'm afraid they haven't done any safety envelope testing.
