^ and the most painful shoulder injury you can possibly get on a coaster. It's like somebody landed on your Arrow OTSR and it smash your shoulder with the force of Hades360. -

No! The one at Mysterious Island is my dead last steel coaster. It is just too painful and too pointless. But if I'm a park manager, I will buy that 1977 Arrow Shuttle Loop, Schwarzkopf Double Loop (is that Laser?) and Schwarzkopf Wildcat. This kind of ride needs to disappear!!! I've already heard rumor about Mysterious Island removing it. -

Awesome photos! Helix looks amazing from every angle and it's great to hear Lisebergbanan is in great shape after all these years of operation. Anton coasters never get old -

I haven't been on a B&M as smooth as those three Intamins. B&M rattles which is really annoying. Plus most of them use OTSR's. If you have at least one coaster piece in your collection. A wheel, a lap bar etc. -

I have experience "as smooth" but not smoother, of course, if you choose a B&M like Mantis, then... But which ones were you talking about? Maverick, Mega-Lite, SkyCar. Not a single rattle on the whole trip. Those are ultra smooth. -

^ lol I'm glad I'm not living in that area. Did Stingray get a new paint? It is probably the only coaster that don't look trashy outside of Chimelong and World Joyland after few years of operation. -

How intense are the launches? Is it more like Mr. Freeze/ Poltergeist or more like Maverick? Haven't been on a Mack launch coaster yet but the train seem to accelerate pretty slow. -
I think... Goo Goo Dolls after an Angels vs Rays game at Angels Stadium in 2012. Not into music compare to coasters.

The Rumor / Crazy Idea Superthread
gerstlaueringvar replied to Wes's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
^^ I think that's more like Outlaw Run's outside banked turn with only 90 degrees banking than a brand new element. Iron Rattler's outside banked turn also inclines a little bit. I had the idea of a Flying drop tower and drew a concept art of it. Three days later, Falcon's Fury was announced but the shape looks completely different just saying it's totally common to have the same or similar ideas with the coaster designers. Unfortunately, people only remember those who bring the idea to real life work hard and be a coaster designer!
