New Wanda Parks in China.
gerstlaueringvar replied to Gutterflower's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Taiwan is too close to mainland Nanchang's Wanda planned a CUSTOM SLC from Shibaolai with six inversions, I believe they are just looking for troubles. I'm thinking about track banking changes, loop removal, trim adding, layout modification, tunnel test fail, motor adding etc etc. -

That Helix sound track is playing in my mind over and over! Great that it kicked Turn Down For What away though... -
Hotgo Park in Fushun China

This is very common, parks seem to try everything they can to decrease the capacity of their rides. Given that the park has tons of rides from Jiuhua, I assume the park and Jiuhua planned to knock-off Mack's top technology. Poor Mack! Now I wish Gerstlauer and RMC stay away from Chinese market even though Gerstlauer has a little ride in China already.

This is an RMC woodie we are talking about! Even if the whole structure is covered by Göt 2B, Takis, Taco Bell, Season Pass etc, it's still that coaster! El Toro doesn't get a lot of complain about the train wrap and NTaG doesn't get many complain for being "Takis-The Ride" because they are awesome. This will be the same for Goliath. At least this IS a Goliath sign, not a Götliath sign.

The new episode of Modern Family really is kind of shocking! I thought Jay is fine about Mitch and Cam's wedding! -

This thing actually has some epic floaty air, kind of like when Mr. Freeze going down the vertical section. -
Screaminkid2005's 2013 Coaster Adventures!

-Do you think the park is missing a signature coaster? If so, what would you want to see the park add in the next few years? No if Screamin' Eagle counts. Something new from Gerstlauer would be great. -What do you guys think about Boss? It's a great ride as long as you ride it with the right position(avoid any body contact) -What is your opinion on the park? Nice but nothing really stands out to make it a top park. I really don't like their loose article policy though... -

What Do You Think Of Morgan
gerstlaueringvar replied to coasterfreaksrttd's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Only been on Steel Eel, a Toboggan, a Zipper and Colossus with Morgan train. Steel Eel is an amazing coaster, can't tell if it's ejector or floater, I think the airtime is more floater than ejector. It gets a bit painful after marathoning for ten times though. Toboggan is very bizarre, but better than I thought because I've been on a knock-off Toboggan before. Zipper is intense, we rocked the car so hard that we got around 40 inversions. Colossus train... It's a train. -

So is Green Fire planned to be a Mack coaster? I think a launched lift is something "Only Intamin" back then. -

This is a relatively smooth coaster, seats arrangement gives a lot of arm space just like Intamin trains, OTSR's are comfortable even while hanging upside down. For the first time in my life, I put my hands up on a Chinese knock-off coaster! -

Love how they change the layout for all the reasons, especially the "save the trees" change. That's how a world class park needs to be like! -

There is a VERY weird story spread in China. It was started from Chimelong Paradise's launch tower, it was closed because the car over launched and damaged the mechanism at the top and Chimelong didn't feel like fixing it. But a fake rumor said that a woman's hair went into the wheels and her head was pulled off, Chimelong blocked all the news about it so there aren't many people know what exactly happened. This fake news actually freaked a lot of parks and GP out and they tried everything they can to stop rides from pulling people's heads off. The Intamin drop tower at the top of Canton Tower requires riders with long hair to use rubber band and the ride op seemed to believe in that story when I talked with him. This can't be design flaws, Vekoma is experienced enough to consider about things like that. Very nice TR, that dinner though... I prefer McDonald's. -

Wow that small lake is where Incredible Hulk came from! So you guys actually spend a whole days on parks like this? That's...well... Unfortunate. I've heard that locals got insane about those dancing classes at the parks in Shanghai because they got too annoying at night -

Good choice! Safety is the most important thing, even more important than credit whoring.
