Now that it auto-detects, I definitely like having this mobile version. My only suggestion, like most other people, is to make the color scheme a little more similar to the desktop. I love TPR for so many reasons, but when it comes to the forums I especially love the easy-on-the-eyes color scheme. Most forums are so obnoxiously bright and tiring to read with their whites and blues. Just my opinion. Thank you for taking the time to make this available!

So what's the point of a single rider line if this is a coaster that has one single row per car? My guess is because, even though nobody rides "with" anyone, groups still like to ride in the same train as their party, so a single rider line could fill in the gaps to prevent empty seats. But I agree it is a little strange since everybody is a loner on a coaster like this.

TPR 2017 Coaster Poll Results!
thrillseeker4552 replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I'm not a fan of Hydra either. I liked the jojo roll and thought it was very "not B&M," but the rest of the ride was just plain dull, rattley, and forceless. Not surprised to see it at the bottom. Out of the six I've ridden, it is my least favorite. -
Any news on another update coming soon? Ever since getting my new PC about a month ago I've been playing Planet Coaster an extremely unhealthy amount, and there are so many more things I'd like to see in the game. Tons more flats (off the top of my head are Top Scans, adjustable drop towers from both S&S and Intamin, an assortment of kiddie flats, adjustable star flyers, and more), a few more coaster types (I'd love to see Mack Megas, Gerstlauer Infinitys, and Schwarzkopf loopers). More large trees and scenery would be nice too. Any news?

TPR 2017 Coaster Poll Results!
thrillseeker4552 replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Thanks for taking the time to break it down like this. Talon was closed on the one and only day I visited Dorney back in 2016, so I cannot speak for that ride, however I really enjoyed Great Bear. I think it's a REALLY solid mid-tier B&M Invert, and if it had a stronger second half, I would put it near the top. The first drop, loop, immelmann, zero-G, and high speed turn flow so well and are perfectly designed. I also agree that Dominator sits a little too low on that list, but the only one above it that I've ridden is Bizarro so who am I to say anything. Plus combining it with the sit-downs probably pushed it down further since it got put up with rides like Kumba and Dragon Khan. -
TPR's Ever Evolving Park Index

Minor thing, but Boomerang should be listed as closed at Knott's now that HangTime is added in. -
I actually beg to differ. Full Throttle one train vs two train operation isn't SUPER different (kinda like Xcelerator). By the time one train parks in the station and unloads, the other one has already hit the brake run. It running two trains isn't the biggest capacity difference, whereas rides like Goliath, X2, or Twisted Colossus with two trains is a MUCH bigger difference since the rides are much longer, so there is a bigger gap between trains loading/unloading.

Looks very nice. You can tell this is much more of an "aesthetics" coaster rather than a super thrilling ride, but nonetheless it looks like a great addition the park. -
What Was The Last Coaster You Rode?
thrillseeker4552 replied to SharkTums's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Roller Coaster at Lagoon about an hour ago. Left the park early because it was very hot and very crowded. -
I don't really see Knott's expanding Soak City again (at least anything major) for quite a few years. The water park was essentially untouched between 2006 and 2017. Not saying they will go another 11 years, but this new expansion is doing very well for them as far as I can tell and was SO desperately needed that it will hold them over for several years. Also, I don't think Wild Rivers coming back (which I am honestly skeptical about in the first place) will have an effect on Soak City.

What was the last album you purchased?

Pentatonix - Top Pop, Vol. 1. I *technically* didn't buy it since I could just download it on Spotify, but I pay for Spotify, so... -

^Yep. I'm not sure whether Desperado or Pepsi Max Big One opened first (both in 1994), but those two along with Steel Phantom and Magnum were the biggest coasters in the world at the time. And even today, Desperado is the 10th longest roller coaster in the world. I actually really enjoy the coaster. Magnum is definitely better, but I never understood all the extra hate for Desperado. They felt about equally rough IMO, Magnum just had far more airtime. -
It's literally two sentences from Screamscape. B&M Giga confirmed! Joking aside, I know we just got HangTime, but a wild west themed RMC Raptor (even if it's a Railblazer clone, who cares) would be amazing. Cheap, compact, highly visible, and low capacity--everything Knott's would want in a coaster!

The last new Coaster in your Count
thrillseeker4552 replied to K1ngdaKa88's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Still Cannibal, however I will ride HangTime, Electric Eel, and go to CGA, SFDK, and SCBB for the first time next month. I'll ride roughly 20-25 new coasters. -
Which park is better to visit on a Sunday in late July, in terms of crowds: SFDK or CGA? We're currently putting together a NorCal itinerary and we have a choice between doing one park on Sunday and the other on Monday. Is there much of a difference? We want to avoid Fast Lane/Flash Pass since neither of these parks are really big and it's not a "once in a lifetime opportunity", however it is our first time in NorCal. Any advice is welcome. Thanks!
