  1. Lagoon doesn't have an actual restaurant, and don't think they would add one anytime soon. Would be awesome, though! However, I bet Lagoon would try for a local Utahn restaurant than one from Colorado.
  2. That will actually! You won't have to wait at all as people barely buy the Time Warp Passes.
  3. I will stop I only did it cause 2 people pretty much called me an idiot for thinking we were gonna get something big again.. but yes discussion back on topic I apologize Never said idiots, and were only going on because you said Valleyfair wouldn't be getting anything big in 2016. But I apologize in return because it did get out of hand.
  4. Granted, but it's only in Winter. I wish it was 2015 already to ride Cannibal.
  5. Expect long lines for the day, but they don't take long to get through. The only lines that can last an hour or so are the haunts if you are wanting to walk through them.
  6. sorry to burst your bubble but Canada's Wonderland is getting a massive coaster in 2016 and Cedar Point probably will to Canada's Wonderland is not getting a huge coaster. They got Leviathan which is massive enough, Behemoth for the mega coasters, so expect something other than a massive coaster. They could get something decent at low cost (like a modern woodie) so Valleyfair can get their massive coaster, which could still be a low price tag since massive at Valleyfair would still be around 150 to 199 ft. They've started land clearing a year and a half early so trust me Canada's Wonderland is getting another 30 million dollar coaster, just read the news stories from the park with reporters where they say you saw we built leviathan and behemoth so expect big and innovative They can start land clearing three years ago, it doesn't mean another massive coaster. Yes it does mean a coaster, but im not seeing anything over 20 million. Valleyfair has been stated multiple times of major investment for quite a long time now officially. What you are basing a massive coaster at Canada's Wonderland is only speculation.

  8. Let me re-phrase it then. A theme of Superman that no longer has the brand is what looks tacky and run-down.
  9. It would help with the overall run-down look of the place. The Superman theme they use without Superman looks tacky and run-down just like the rest of the park. Giving it a different theme would help the overall progress of the park upkeep.
  10. Not sure what can be missed about the Jungleish Theming and Name of Cannibal. True, but they're suppose to have a "special surprise" about this new coaster. Whatever that might be. I think it has something to do with the lift, maybe? No idea. People say it could be a drop in the lift, something in the layout, or I've even heard it could just be a special deal of some sort. Honestly, they could even be on-ride photos for all we know since their aren't any at Lagoon anymore. For construction updates, lagoonisfun.com has quite a few, especially since the tower has been topped off about a week or so ago.
  11. That's the customers SFA attracts. Doesn't necessarily show how SFA is run, just the demographic it provides. However, something is being said about the park if these are the kind of people it gets in the gates most of the time. If they just gave better operations and rides it would most likely change.
  12. As the lighting technician said, the brightness can be turned down and the color can be changed to any color. So they can make LED's look like incandescent at theme parks if that's what people want. So the idea of LED lighting everywhere is going to happen, the problem you are focused on is basically the park itself going for that bright and that color. I bet some parks will notice the lights and either see that it really does look bad and change it up to be more of a glow that midways have/had, or keep it the way it is.
  13. Because the new trains gave problems. That's pretty much when they should have scrapped the trains.
  14. Jeeez then Roar at SFDK should get RMC'ed too, once again a 2nd train was no where in sight last sunday not even on the stand-by platform thing. plus the ride is pretty rough now though I still like it in the front row. Would like to see Roar at SFA RMC'ed as well. It would be interesting to see RMC take clones and make them unique to their parks. Could even create two unique names. My picks for the prefixes:Alpha Looping King Mega
  15. Granted, but it's full of arguing over arguments. I wish Elitch Gardens could get a custom coaster.
  16. That even surpasses regular GP... This isn't your average, everyday GP. This is... advanced GP. Don't degrade the word advanced!! The term you are looking for is brain-dead.
  17. I hope they add some type of swampy decor around it. With how bland the Mantis theme worked, there's no way but better if they decide to theme this coaster and plaza in any way.
  18. Drop towers are now almost a staple ride at parks.
  19. Top Thrill Dragster getting that treatment. What's worse than Cedar Fair never working with RMC?
  20. They are the latest in their chains to get the swing tower rides. Lagoon and Silverwood?
  21. Why unfortunately? It has gotten better in recent years. I would be upset to see it go, but it won't happen for a long time. Why does that make it an "unfortunate event for you? It's unfortunate because no matter how much you retrack it, its not going to be a thrilling ride. Its pretty boring IMO. Could the park use the space for another world class coaster? SURE! Would they get rid of such an iconic family coaster? NOPE! The unfortunateness is leaking from every pore of this post. Oozing, almost. This post is moist. Whoa there! I think calling Grizzly "iconic" is a bit of a stretch. LOL. Really though, lets be the realist of the reals. The Grizz has been around since 1986. You and I arent far off in age, and I remember this ride being super popular back in the day. The queue is really beautiful; greenery, the Barney Oldfield Speedway snaking under and around Grizz's base... It's definitely iconic in the parks history. I doubt they ditch the Grizzly, even though I wish they would to make way for a thrill ride but the 48inch height requirement looks good on their "family rides" page. Honestly though, parks can fit a new ride in ANYWHERE. I honestly don't get how 48 inches makes it family friendly. That is considerably high compared to most of the rides at Lagoon. Even Wicked is 46inch height requirement.
  22. They are already repainting it a month before it closes? That doesn't make sense.
  23. I believe it's because the track is the "older" style track. Didn't they have to widen Banshee's track to accommodate the new style trains?
  24. Actually, make Riddler floorless, move Scream to a park that would appreciate it more, and add a Wing Coaster.
