  1. No? Do you like barrel rolls
  2. LetterPress is an amazing word game that you guys should try out. It's really fun and involves more strategy than the standard mobile word game. It's free but you can pay if you want more than 2 games going at once. SpaceTeam is another amazing iOS game revolves around multiplayer play with others in the same room as you. You have to tell your friends what to operate on their own control panel while trying to take commands for your own in order to fly your space ship through various hazards. It's completely free so I'd recommend giving it a try with some friends or family members.
  3. Random Indian music someone in my Comp Sci class is playing while we are waiting to be dismissed since class is going longer than normal due to standardized state testing for Juniors.
  4. Yes. Yes or No?
  5. You're so luck that you get to live in San Antonio near the park. Either way I'll be visiting at least twice this summer since it is only like a 3 hour drive or so from Houston. I don't have my license yet but once I do I plan on driving up to SFFT and SFOT next summer. Can't wait to ride this beauty! It looks soooooo smooth.
  6. Does anyone know what age is required to operate roller coasters or work in mechanics at a park? I want to go into the engineering field (specifically roller coaster design) so I would love some first hand experience with roller coasters and park operation more so than just visiting a park as a guest. Sadly there are no parks near be but maybe I could one day stay at a dorm at parks such as Cedar Point.
  7. Thanks for posting these amazing photos narkitty! This thing looks wicked awesome. I know what I'm going to spend all day doing this summer when I visit the park It won't be long until it's ready for testing!
  8. That one? That's just a stock image used for marketing. Those I think are B&M restraints anyways, not Gerstlauer. These are an example of the OTSRs that Gerstlauer uses. I'm still up in the air on what Smiler will be using. So far, none of the train images have shown them prominently. What are you talking about? This picture clearly shows that The Smiler will be using lap bars: Iron Shark also uses lap bars like the above image:
  9. Here are some more of those pictures:
  10. The in game screen recorder is the best you will most likely get. Although you can run a game at extremely high FPS that does not reflect your ability to record. Recording takes up a much larger amount processing power and is specifically difficult to do on a Mac because of the computer's architecture. Any external program you run will most likely not perform nearly as well as the one that is built into the software.
  11. That's an awesome shot. It's really cool to see how much different the entrance into the tunnel is now and compare where the track used to be to where it is now. Can't wait for this summer
  12. It's about $3.15 here in Houston but you can get it for $3.00 if you can find the right places.
  13. Yes you are. They are nothing alike.
  14. Man that looks really nice! Great Job!
  15. I cant wait to see them start to install the scenery for this ride!
  16. ^ Lies < Thinks this is the greatest game ever created: v Is going to post the game he thinks is the best
  17. Speedy Bob racing wild mouse coasters at Bobbejaanland: TPR POV:

  21. Little Worm Train - http://rcdb.com/9585.htm?p=37681 Squirrel!
  22. I got into coasters around the age of 7 and starting looking at sites like this when I was about 10. I was more into model coaster building back then than actually ridding coasters since I hadn't been able to visit many parks. I've always been extremely interested with coasters from a design standpoint and love creating them is software like NoLimits. It's only as of lately though that I have gotten into the coaster enthusiast community and begun attending events and such. I hope to continue this hobby for the rest of my life and visit many parks across the world.
  23. I may actually be able to show up on the 9th since it is the first saturday in my spring break. I'll see tonight if I can work out plans to go and email if I can. It would be better if it was a week later though so I could go on the friday. I've never attended an event like this before so it should be fun!
