  1. I'll keep the game going since Toven hasn't been back online since he posted that and there haven't been any guesses in a week. Here is probably the most uncomfortable looking coaster car I've ever seen.
  2. Shadow era is a very fun TCG for iOS that is really fun. ChronoTrigger is now on iOS and is considered by many one of the best games ever made. Hundreds is another great game as well as The Room for iPad.
  3. When I asked RCM about this on a Q&A they had of their Facebook they said if a park wanted them to put a launch on a wooden coaster they wouldn't hesitate. Also in response to another question I asked they said they would also design a fully steel coaster rather than woodies/hybrids. I'd love to see B&M make some launched coasters!
  4. 1. Six Flags Fiesta Texas 2. Six Flags Over Texas 3. Kemah Boardwalk 4. Pleasure Pier 5. SeaWorld SanAntonio The only coaster in Texas left that I really want to ride is the Texas Tornado, being one of the wierder rides I've seen but it is a 7-8 hour drive away.
  5. I was talking to the guy who is one of the heads of CD on a coaster model site when they posted that picture as well as the new scorpion set. He stated that they make different trains but it's based off of supply and demand of the parks. I had a very interesting talk with him about different track types such as the vekoma inner tubing and tri and quad truss track and how practical they are. The main problem with larger Statix trains is that they put more stress on the track and supports and the track can become misshapen and has to be re smoothed after long periods of operation.
  6. I've tried this stuff on my Mac but it's still running 10.5 so I run into problems. Not really a big deal though since I don't use the Mac that much and am getting a $1500 PC with money I've been saving up for like 5 years. Still cool that this can be done but I ran into a bunch of problems mostly OS related.
  7. The Iron Shark at the Pleasure Pier:
  8. ^I've never actually seen any of the shows at Fiesta Texas. Typically when I go I'm only there for a day so I spend the majority of the time riding rides. Which one(s) would you recommend for a short visit?
  9. I believe it is Texas law or just the hospital's policy. The Austin area seems like the one of most gay friendly cities in Texas and the majority of residents seem fairly open minded. This may be inaccurate since I don't live there but I do visit for extended periods of time each year. Here in Houston it seems not as much considering a large portion of the population hold more conservative views. One thing I want to bring up are two of my friends as well. One good friend of mine has told her parents, who didn't mind, as well as couple close friends, including me, while the other is afraid to tell her parents because they would practically disown her. Both are girls who have parents that are strict Catholics as well but I guess it varies on a case by case basis. Do you think parents have a lot to do with how some people despite being gay will hide it in fear of how their parents will react? Also, a girl who sits with me on the bus thinks she might be gay but isn't sure. Do you think although possibly being straight, some teenager go through a phase being unsure of their sexual orientation? I've never had any doubts myself but I find t'his a very interesting subject and would like the opinions of others.
  10. 4 out of 4 dimensions!
  11. I was talking about on a personal level rather that gay rights. I'm all for anyone of any sexuality having the same privleges and not being cast out because of one small part of what a person is. I was also refering to how in society a majority of people make being gay into some huge horrible thing. People need to just calm down and realize that sexual orientation isn't something that should be a huge political debate but that's what it has turned into. What I should've said was that I wish we weren't in a possition to where it needs to be made into a big deal and that nobody really cared about things like sexuality, skin color, ect. But alas we do not live ina world with full of rainbows and happiness for all and discrimination is still a major problem on both a governmental and social level.
  12. The lap bars are awesome on Iron Shark are awesome. I've been on it plenty of times at it adds a huge amount of comfort. From the concept art it seems the train will look more like a 4 car long B&M floorless style than the Eurofighter cars.
  13. ^ It's going to be YOLOtastic < Can't wait to ride iRat v Loves Wacky Worms
  14. 10/10 Half Baked: The Turnover Chronicles!
  15. ^I heard somewhere that Fire Emblem is doing a crossover with Shin Megami Tensei. I've never played either series but I am a huge fan of the Shin Megami Tesei: Persona games. As of lately I've been playing some Antichamber which is one of my favorite puzzle games I've ever played. It does stuff I've never seen in a game before which is really refreshing. Antichamber QuickLook:
  16. I'm not a fan of SF adding these slingshot carnival rides. They have really low riders per hour, aren't very enjoyable, and don't look very nice. That's just my opinion but I wish they had invested in another form of flat ride.
  17. You probably know a few gay guys but don't realize it. Not everyone... tacks it on to the start of their screen name or anything Well I know several gay guys at my school but I'm just happen not to be friends with any. I dislike that there is the one guy on my bus though who is ALWAYS talking about how he is gay just for attention. It just gets really annoying. I don't think that sexual orientation is something that people need to make into a big deal.
  18. I think the coaster is actually Colossus at Thorpe Park. It has a very recognizable cobra roll that you can clearly see and the track style is the same as well.
  19. The Cloud Atlas Sextet - Robert Frobisher since I'm learning to play it on the piano and it's from one of my favorite novels.
  20. ^Yeah I can't wait to ride it this summer. I'm wondering how this bank right here will feel since it is facing out but turning in rather than other traditional turns. I've never been on a ride that has done something like that. The only thing similar I can think of is the odd outward turn on Steel Hawg.
  21. Man this picture of the drop has such a nice flow to it. Thumbs up to RMC for the great progress. Can't wait to see some more work on this thing. It's going up a lot faster than I expected.
  22. Hitler. What's worse than getting no sleep because you are studying for 5 tests the next day?
