The Doritos goat was my favorite commercial this year. Really didn't enjoy the commercials this year didn't really find them funny except for one or two.

If anyone on here is a Flyers fan, I am sorry for you because of how your season started so far and now with Hartnell out looks like it may get worse... -
Yes! Have you ever had a fried pickle?

^It was probably just opening night nerves. When he was down in Hershey earlier this season he was doing pretty good if I can remember correctly. I feel like Schneider had opening night nerves as well since he allowed 5 goals not even halfway through the second period. -

I was actually thinking when I visited the park this past summer that the area in front of Twister and behind Flying Turns was pretty empty and they could maybe put a small flat ride around there. The drop tower will really stick out above the trees being one of the tallest rides there. You'll probably get a nice view of the park while on your ascent. -

My friends and I did a learn to snowboard lesson last January at Blue Mountain, PA because of the discounted deal for learn to ski/board month. Blue Mt. doesn't do big group lessons instead they do 3 stations that you move to as you improve on a certain skill. I believe they do stations so you can go at your own pace and get more individual help, but my friends and I felt like we barely learned anything. At point at the 3rd station, where you learn how to connect your turns, we counted 23 of us each waiting to get help from the 2 instructors working that station. Needless to say that the 3 hours we spent on the bunny hills we were not able to do our toe turns and just fell on our faces instead. You were allowed to go back down to the bottom of the hill to revisit a station if you needed to practice on something again. I started skiing 2 years ago as a freshman in high school and I've gone skiing only 3 times at Shawnee Mt.. My friend and I did a group ski lesson and then went right onto the mountain because we got the hang of it. Then I went back later that month and taught myself how to parallel ski. I went once last year and was surprised that I was able to remember what to do. My goal for this year is to give boarding another chance.

As someone previously mentioned I wish they could broadcast AHL games to at least get some hockey games on TV. I started watching hockey back in 2009 so this is my first lockout I get to experience. I know some fans are following the CBA talks but I don't even bother doing that because I know the season is over. As a Devils fan, ticket prices have gone up a bit over the past few years. Last season we did a 8 game pack where you chose 8 games to attend and where to sit. On weeknight games, 2 rows behind the glass were $100 we would get those and then for games on the weekends we would get tickets for the last few rows in the Lower bowl or in the Upper Sections. -
Saw Carrie Underwood and Hunter Hayes last night. Two country singers who both sounded amazing live! Pretty sure I am one of the only people on here that listen to country haha!

I don't really mind people who are screaming on the drops or heading into an inversion. I get annoyed when they are screaming while going up the lift hill or while we are on a short brake run. I tend not to scream on coasters if anything I will just be like, "Oh My God" or "Woohoo". Also as someone has previously mentioned, I can't stand when people curse nonstop throughout the whole entire ride. I was on El Toro with my friend and in the row behind us were these two guys who did not stop dropping F-Bombs the whole time. When we were getting off the ride we noticed in the car behind him was probably a boy around 10 years old with his mom. Just annoys me that people can curse the whole time and not realize they are on a ride with childern who can possibly hear you.

2012-- What was your highlight?
Athletekim replied to Chroniq's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
1. Going to Hersheypark last weekend and then heading over to the Hershey Bears game a few hours later. Got to experience the 2 things I love the most Hockey, and Roller Coasters! I also got to experience my first ever launched coaster, Storm Runner and it was amazing!! 2. Finally returning to Knoebels after not being there for a few years and riding Phoenix and Twister for the 1st time! Phoenix became my #1 wooden coaster due to me getting scared thinking I was about to be thrown out of my seat. 3. Dragging my friend onto the Boomerang in Wildwood, NJ for her first ever upside coaster. -
Hurricane Sandy vs. Roller Coasters

Someone on Dorney Park's Facebook page tried starting a rumor that Thunderhawk collapsed.... The fact that some people actually took it seriously and "called" Dorney to see if it was true or not is pretty sad. -
What was your first B&M Coaster?

Well now it is even more official that I will be attending an AHL game next Saturday just so I can see a few stars play. I just wish both sides made more efforts coming up with new proposals. It has been over a month and no progress has been made. -
The Yankees wouldn't of been relying on mainly Jeter if they were all able to actual hit the ball! Ibanez as become Mr. October for the Yankees right now and hopefully his streak doesn't end quite yet.
