^Is it on the bottom of the bawing? I thought it was going to be right after the zero-g. Anyway, this ride will be very interesting given that it will feel like you never lose speed as the only "slower" moments will be after the second loop. So that means full speed nearly all the way! -

^Apparently they have already been placing a few more supports for the other half as they weren't there in the previous picture. -

You might be a coaster nerd if you've just watched all the pictures in "The Control Panel Enthusiast Thread" and wish you could spend the rest of the day doing it. -

Sadly I don't have any pictures but I am really enjoying this thread, really interesting to see how different companies make their panels. -

Looking great but I seem to have a bit of difficulty following the layout. -

^They do also use them for flying coasters but, apart from those and wingriders, they use heartline rolls instead of inline ones. But no B&M invert so far had either. -

Wow! A downwards launch. That would be interesting. -

Wow. There truly is a lot of sexiness to that first picture! -
Definitely agree. They might not be the most comfortable coaster experience but all the ones I've been to (they were all B&Ms) felt forceful, with cool layouts and, really, parks market wing riders as providing totally different ride experiences when, in reality, the ones made by B&M feel no different from floorless models except for the small fact that they are pretty boring and never feature intense and forceful layouts like the latter. You do get different views and possibilities of nice head/foot chopper elements but if you close your eyes you could be forgiven to think you were riding a forceless and slow-paced floorless. On the other hand, stand ups DO provide a different ride experience that, in my experience, has only been affected by the fact that they were all fairly rough. Honestly, if B&M could come up with smooth ones (and, in this particular case, I think using the new vest restraints would help) I would actually like to see some getting built as they truly provide a different type of ride.

^Me too and I don't really know why they chose to use different ones on rides like the new 10 inversion ones. I do understand why they did so on coasters like Skyrush, given that there is no floor to attach them to, but apart from that specific situation I think they should have stuck with the old ones.

Furius Baco? No tight turns, tight inversions etc but really intense. But I thought that the intensity (plus the fact that the "wings" look like basically seats riding on top of tree branches) was the whole reason why Furius Baco was so rough. You're right to say the trains are pretty ridiculous and I bet they don't help at all. However, while you could argue that it is the speed + the G forces the ride provides that can lead to some roughness, those are not the only causes (assuming they do have an influence) as during moments like the heartline twist, which may not be slow but it's not stupidly fast and provides no more than 1 G (no matter the direction), it is still pretty rough. So I do think the trains are the main reason why it is so rough and that's why I bet B&M could do something with similar intensity and smooth at the same time. -

No, but Fahrenheit does. The Norwegian loop is graceful but I would definitely consider everything after that to have pretty aggressive transitions. Sorry, but apart from the first drop I have never found anything aggressive about Fahrenheit. I think storm runner whips you around more than Fahrenheit, specially on that element thingy that goes nearly 90 DEGREES after the flying snake dive. -
^Yeah I was saying that it would be better to change the shape only, and not the mechanism. However, on Skyrush that would be tricky because, as they are lowered instead of being attached to the floor of the ride I think they couldn't have the same shape as B&M's do given that those ones are designed for restraints that are fixed to the floor rather than working more like OTSR (which are connected to the top of the seat) like the ones on skyrush and more recent intamins that use lap bars.
